What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly and efficiently process data and make decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to set up and configure. It requires a certain level of technical knowledge in order to get the most out of the product

Helping solve complex decision-making problems by providing a powerful, easy-to-use graphical user interface to create and manage rules and decisions. It helps us make more informed decisions faster and with greater accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Red Hat has the ability to adjust in real-time. As more and more data points are added, more decisions are made without any interaction. It is a great tool to streamline processes with less intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything that we used was very helpful. I am by no means an expert, and did not find much that I would change. I think the product does what it's supposed to and allows the user the ability to customize this to their needed option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is helping us rely less on human interaction for every decision and allows the program to handle simple decisions. This allows me to focus on larger concept ideas.

Sometimes interpreting the result can be pretty tricky. It requires prior technical knowledge to use it effectively as it is overly complex and difficult to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had few applications containerisation issue regarding maicroservices using Red hat decision manager we tackled almost 90% resolution.
Hussle free integration without needing to recompile is time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using we were facing difficulty with implementation documents. If we get better than present it will much appreciated. Rest is good so far. My teammates have suggested that User interface could be better hoping for future improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a devops CICD creations of rules and deployment management is crucial part with this relatime decision help here alot more over business expert and developers can value add at the same time.

Rules are easy to create. Decisions can easily be combed through to find outliers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky UI with some processes. Repetitive user tasks can prove to be difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
Red Hat Decision Manager is one of the best business decision and rule management platforms used so far and it is for several reasons, such as:
- It offers a high-performance scalable rule execution engine.
- the platform can be implemented in a wide variety of environments.
- Easy integration with CI / CD technologies and methodologies.
- The native development of the cloud is excellent, as it fully adjusts and greatly facilitates the creation of light and stateless microservices.
What do you dislike about the product?
but not everything is perfect... There are also aspects that I would like them to change, they can make the GUI more intuitive, speed up the whole process, besides, at the beginning, the creation of rules is a bit confusing and the documentation needs to be more effective, but the rest I think is a very useful platform and I have not presented any other important problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thinking about its positive and negative characteristics, I can say with certainty that it is an excellent option to take into account, so my answer is yes, I recommend it

In general, Red Hat Decision Manager helps us in the automation and optimization of all types of planning problems, allowing the company to reduce the cost of operation while improving customer satisfaction.
