Cyfir exceeded our expectations
The CyFIR agent was easy to deploy onto multiple endpoints located 700 miles from the investigator’s office. So, we could start the investigation as soon as we learned about the problem. The visibility on the endpoint was exceptional and we were able to gather the information we needed for the investigation quickly.
Because the agent operates in stealth mode, the employee was unaware of the investigation.
Once the agent was deployed we had the ability to investigate the actions of a disgruntled employee. In addition, we were monitoring the actions of the employee to assure no additional problems or losses of information / data occurred prior to the employee’s departure.
The benefits cyfir provided were clear. The Investigation was wrapped up very timely. The efficiency for the investigator was significant as he was able to conduct the entire investigation remotely from his office. Additionally we saved the cost of travel for the investigator and more efficiently used the time of our legal team.
