Backup solution for AWS
What do you like best about the product?
Veenam provides best in class Secure backup and fast recovery and monitoring solutions, easy to integrate with AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for multi-cloud systems could have been improved as frequency of use of different providers has been increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster data backup and recovery can be implemented using Veeam Backup for AWS which ultimately improves the downtime.

A great software to apply policy based protection on you AWS data.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very helpful software if you are working AWS. It helped me to protect/backup my data by providing essentials features like data recovery, replication etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was great to use overall but it would be great to have some more documentation around it. Also adding some more minor examples around it would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me backup/protect my data on AWS by providing me eseential features like data recovery, replication etc. I felt it was easy to use and was handy if you are backing up your AWS data
Best backup solution for the cloud Infra
What do you like best about the product?
It gives the simple GUI and simplicity of the operation for cloud infra.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cost little high compare to the other backup tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup & Restore operation of EC2 instance is very fast compare to other backup tool which make this product the best.
Excellent backup and Replication software
What do you like best about the product?
Instant File Recovery, Instant VM Recovery, Off-site Backups Made Easy. It is always reliable and that's the best part about Veeam Software. Automatic backup is the highlight as compared to it's competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since backups rely on your connection speed, backups and restorations can take a long time to perform. Backup's could be customizable as per user's needs in general- Scope of Improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth integration for backup. I had to take backup of files and servers and was looking out for a reliable software- found Veeam which seems to be the best fit for this.
Ease of setup and reliability.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with AWS is very decent. The support in case of issues (if any) is exceedingly fast. The process is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool rarely causes issues. However, the cost is a bit high.

This tool helps with good security. Recovery is user-friendly and Very easy to use, which has undoubtedly increased my productivity. Happy with the performance.

Most helpful thing about Veeam backup for AWS is automatic Amazon EC2 instances protecton. Fast recovery options is included.

Delivers good value for the price; hence, no complaints. They always stay updated with major changes to new versions.

Fully automated Amazon EC2 backup, cost-effective backup solution. The depth of backup extent is great- and even covers file recoveries. Portable backup format in any environment and optional scalability services.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very affordable and it also provides insights into AWS workloads which helps us to monitor resource usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration is very complex and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has multiple restore options which helps me us to restore any file which is deleted accidentally or any other failure.
A Little Slow on Recovery, But 100% Effective for Backups and Restoration

The fact that it just works and the support given by the company

That it is slow to load recovery databases when they are significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veeam is a specific product to set up and use. It is mighty when recovering from backup. We primarily use it to recover individual files or emails from Exchange. The interface is intuitive for users of all levels. Their support is also top-notch, and I always get someone to talk to when I need to call in. The software allows the setup of multiple repositories, eliminating the need for DFS replication across network sites. Updates are handled quickly, and notifications are communicated effectively. The one negative issue I have experienced is that when recovering files, the interface moves slowly when loading a large set of data into the backup browser. However, the files are there every time, and no corruption has happened, so I can only offer a little patience for such an excellent service.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I find Veeam miles ahead of any other competitor. We use Veeam backup and replication for every client that joins us. We have experienced great success with the product, and clients are happy with the results when we move them over to Veeam.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the inability to customize the dashboard, adding shortcuts to menu items would be beneficial. Having the option to change where active backup jobs show would be helpful. I wouldn't say I like the complexity of Veeam's console; I think it can be made simpler.

The business needed a reliable backup infrastructure that could run more efficiently and intelligently than the previous application we were using.This has given our business a good boost.
