What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, easy to use, and user-friendly.I like the ability to have so many features all in one solution

What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue with Genesys cloud's system is just how often it is prone to outages and glitches,
especially call disconnections.Have voicemails auto-routes like calls would be a nice feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has opened new channels to connect with us, and allows us to continue updating and improving the client experience. For the business, our Agents have a clean interface that lets them focus on the clients, our Supervisors are empowered to monitor and manage their teams, and our Administrators can respond quickly to changing demands.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using skype for business because it is a convenient way to have virtual meetings. I like that I am able to call in and that it is easy to use compared to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues or anything I dislike about this product. I've used both the app and the desktop version of it for my professional needs. It might able to improve with maybe more features for background images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any issues using skype for business. Benefits I have realized are that it is helping me be more productive at work so my business performance has increased and it is an easy way to communicate with other people and employees.

Not applicable to me, I like the software and the app. I try to maintain all my meetings in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Skype for Business makes it easy to collaborate with other colleagues. This tool immediately allows me to access my coworkers within one click. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skype for Business doesn't make it very easy for us to communicate internally but not externally. I've had a few calls drop on Skype for Business in the past few years but not too many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skype for Business allows me to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues. I am very productive when using Skype for Business as well, it is a very quick and easy tool to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Skype allows me to see who is availabe, if they are not available, how long they been gone. I can also set it to let me know when the person is available. I like that the fact that others are allowed to connect without any problems unlike when I use teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about Skype. Everything works fine. When sending a link to log on, no one seems to have a problem with logging in or connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are really no problems that I am solving by using Skype for Business, however, it is very beneficial to the whole company. We get to communicate via IM instead of sending an email. People respond quicker through IM than email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get use to using Skype, it will be your bestfriend. Learn as much as you can. Take the time to become familiar with it and it will be your best friend.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Skype is the ability to message coworkers and call them within seconds quickly. Skype is a straightforward platform to get used to and automatically is on my computer when I log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not too easy to call anyone outside the company or message them. Clients have had some issues getting into meetings with Skype calls. After a few minutes however, they are typically able to get in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can chat with co-workers and call them quickly. It's an easy way to communicate with others within our company and collaborate effectively. Skype has been a great way for me to communicate at my company so far.
Great Video Calls Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness of using the app for work meetings. It makes everything so much easier, starting from setting up meetings to running the actual meeting and sharing valuable information within.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to say that I dislike about this app; my experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set up calls with clients and owners for multiple projects from the design phase to construction. I had also used this app to jump in quick video calls when there are some issues on site where we can share a live feed of the issue and have a conversation towards possible resolutions. This way the client can see with their eyes the issue present and a physical on way on how to solve, which has proven to be very useful in our business.
It's also very easy to share screen to show plans or markups t clients to make coordination very easy.
