Great Video Calls Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness of using the app for work meetings. It makes everything so much easier, starting from setting up meetings to running the actual meeting and sharing valuable information within.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to say that I dislike about this app; my experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set up calls with clients and owners for multiple projects from the design phase to construction. I had also used this app to jump in quick video calls when there are some issues on site where we can share a live feed of the issue and have a conversation towards possible resolutions. This way the client can see with their eyes the issue present and a physical on way on how to solve, which has proven to be very useful in our business.
It's also very easy to share screen to show plans or markups t clients to make coordination very easy.

All the lead gen guys still use skype and thus my company is forced to use it. It works and it's free.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It consumes a relatively small amount of space as well as memory
2. While attending online meetings, I rarely faced lagging issues while using Skype for Business. While this is also a result of the network I use, but the experience from another similar software was not satisfactory
3. No unnecessary tools included, so distractions are lesser which makes it much lighter and fast

What do you dislike about the product?
I found it to be quite effective as far as my field of work is concerned. Only once had I experienced a minor inconvenience because of the system crashing in between my presentation. Highly satisfied with the quality of audio and video

Almost all of our online team meetings were conducted via Skype for Business. We also used to have weekly progress review meetings to discuss developments in the project
Skype for business - great for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly. Right away, it was easy to explore the program. It keeps all employees of your organization in one spot making video/audio calls more efficient. I was also impressed that we could have up to 250 attendees in 1 meeting with this program which is helpful when you have a large company such as I.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall this program is great. If I had to change some things, I'd start with the fact the online plans don't work on your hardware phones. It makes it a bit more challenging to have to stick to one. Also, i think if they switched to a full-fledged VoIP platform, then their software's use would increase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the pandemic, this program has been an amazing replacement to business travel. It makes it so easy to set up a conference, meeting, interview etc without having to travel the distance. Traveling was a big part of my job and Skype for business cut that nearly in half thanks to its reliable video/calls.

Skype for business is very easy to use and the functions associated with online meetings are intuitive. It is easy to communicate among colleagues including online video conferences and sharing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online meeting for multiple individuals at the same time sometimes causes the quality of video conference to go down, not sure if this is an internet connection problem or the software itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly use Skype for Business to host online video conferences among colleagues and collaborators. It makes virtual collaboration easier and more intuitive. It is also easy to set up/schedule the meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Skype for business has provided me as a user with a very handy functionality that I have liked the most in my communications and that is the recording feature. What I have liked about this feature is that it gives me options for video and audio resolutions for recording and playback which helps to save storage and produce quality recordings.
I also like that Skype for Business is cloud-based which means I can log in from any location using my mobile or tablet and still join a meeting with ease. More so Skype for Business has managed to maintain an impressive user interface both on mobile version and computer version.

What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback that I have noted and disliked was the requirement of a plugin for the integration of Skype and Outlook which is not the same with most products in its category because integration is very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick scheduling of meetings has been a cause of concern since setting up a meeting required a process of informing every participant before the meeting which would allow for a lot of inconveniences in the process. Skype for business has helped so much since it integrates with Outlook and hence this means I can schedule a meeting in my account and it will sync on calendars of my other staff members which has made it much simpler.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that any user considering this product must make sure they have a very strong internet signal to get the best out of this product.

Skype for business is the default communication tool used across our organization. Even some of the interviews for our firm are also done through Skype. Skype makes it easy to reach out to any person within the organization with just his/her name or email id.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes I would surely recommend Skype for Business to anyone who needs to contact other team membera for business purposes.

It is very secure, easy to use, and easy to access, with few connection failures. A simple platform that helps with work and meetings, as well as an interactive way of communicating with those who are far away
What do you dislike about the product?
In some moments, it presents fault in the sound and image. You need good internet for proper functioning. It's pretty heavy too, which makes it a little slow depending on the device you're using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application is efficient for meetings and work meetings when there is no possibility of a face-to-face meeting. It benefits both the employee and the company in terms of accessibility and costs.
