Innovative and understands what customers need

What do you dislike about the product?

- Some of the sections of the application takes time to load
- When copy and paste an Orca specific URL (document), if clients are not logged in yet, it will force us to log in or SSO, but it did not keep the initial URL that we paste
- It would be great in Alert section, on the left nav, adding Asset K8s in cluster in addtion to Asset K8s Namespace
- When displaying the alert, ie. GKE cluster has an unsupported master node version, it will be great to dispaly in "client face" what GKE version and what is/are that available for upgrade

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secret detection, Vulnerability scan, integration with other frameworks. All of these are important for us internally for security reason, as well as customers requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Orca offers a great integration with AWS cloud that provides a deeper visibility into any cloud resource created.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports could be a little bit rigid and don't always offer the info needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be able to identify End Of Life systems and plan accordindly have provided better management for the teams.

En moins de 24 heures, un état des ieux complet de notre cloud a été fourni et des priorités définies. Le dashboard fourni un très grande clarté et des métriques pertinents.

Les KPI montrant l'évolution au fil du temps pourraient être un peu plus fins.

Orca a, en 24 heures donné un résultat clair et pricis ainsi que des priorités, alors que nous tientions de mettre en oeuvre des outils par nous-même depuis plusieurs mois.

one of the best all in one suite i ever used so far seemless and its abudance of features helps us to get our hygenie report quickly and helped us on our pre audit. easy integrations and implementation since its agentless.

The ease of integration to our cloud environments allows us to get complete visibility of our inventory, compliance, and identifying various risks across our cloud estate right from the go.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of relevant information on the dashboard. No time-series graphs to show progress in key security areas.
Certain features are riddled with bugs.
No visibility on when the daily scans occur, and when the scanned information synced to the database & are picked up in by the various modules (eg. alert, inventory, discovery) that consumes the data

Orca Security has a great amount of DEPTH to it's inspection

Because of the richness of the data underpinning Orca, sometimes it's hard to find what I'm looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orca helps us ensure that the workloads that we have deployed on AWS remain secure. I appreciate how they include a "latest security issues" feed, and then proactively check our infrastructure. It helps me sleep better at night.
Great CSPM tool for Azure environment

Provides great evaluation of the cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and other issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup of custom queries and reports may take some time and testing to complete.

Allows for evaluation of resources within our cloud environment to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, savings opportunities, and other issues. Also provides recommendations in terms of remediations.

The alerts are very detailed and clear. The whole tools is well layed out and easy to install and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk action on alerts is not induitive and there are a lot of alerts.

Low-touch product, yet providing holistic security for our organization. amazing fast support. product teams that actually listen to their customer's needs.

The UI can be more intuitive, especially the business unit feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orca helps us with compliance and yet makes sure our security standards are high as expected in our industry.
Easy on-boarding, massively effective
What do you like best about the product?
Orca is super-easy to set up, being agentless - and their engagement managers are very helpful. Once on, it shines - the whole landscape of attack surface-related issues are "in your face", easy to comprehend and address. It integrates with Jira in just a few clicks, it allows adding people and providing necessary visibility easily, and UX is really slick and useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing model is based on VMs - which is not only outdated in the world of highly containerized and vertical serverless cloud configurations, but also impedes effective deployment on large legacy accounts with many VMs on them. Granted, Orca folks makes all they can easy, being flexible and helpful, but if there is one thing I dislike about Orca, it is this pricing model

It is a really good "one click" security posture evaluation tool - immediately showing the wealth of issues related to attack surface, as they propagate through enterprise tech landscape tiers
