Incorta is the fastest way we have found to get from query (question) to report (answers). No messy ETLs.

Incorta is great dealing with huge data but it has a lot of issues in their formula builder

As a managed service, the admin and performance side is all handled automatically

SQL access to your data can be slow and limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can take a long time to load data and some steps may fail with only internal Incorta error numbers telling you the issue. That said, it can be easy and quick to put together all the data into dashboards.

Quick data ingestion from multiple sources. Speedy queries and remarkable dashboards.

Given its still evolving into the dashboarding side, it still lacks some functionalities.

Ease of connection to data sources, speed of reporting performance, intuitiveness of UI.

No clear way to archive and trend data. Having to find an element to filter by and drag from the left list.

ad hoc reporting needs, reliable perfomance, real time data access, as needed. standard dashboard environment.

Ease of integrating data from disparate sources

You may not get the level of design documentation you want as it is so easy to just build the report or analysis, especially a dashboard that might be very complex

Using quickly built dashboards to provide meaningful visualizations with easy drilldowns
I find that Incorta is the best data warehouse, dashboarding and analytics tool available today.

What do you dislike about the product?
Metadata and automation features are a bit immature but they are working fast at listening to customer feedback and enhancing the product quickly, so in the near future this should not be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to fast track the dashboarding and reporting of our Netsuite data for many reports that would not complete in Netsuite. We plan to roll this out to 400+ financial users at some point soon and reduce our ERP licensing costs significantly. We have also been able to sunset some legacy ERPs by migrating the data to Incorta very quickly. The ROI is extremely quick and high.
In future phases we plan to bring in more sources and potentially join across those sources too to enable our push to be extremely data driven. Incorta will also server as a data prep engine for downstream reporting systems.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't bother with any other products for your enterprise reporting and BI requirements. Incorta can satisfy your BI and analytic needs for any and all areas of your business and is highly scalable and extremely fast for large data.

Very fast development and easy tool that takes go to market in few hours.

More to do on UI side to match with other competitive tools in the market like more charts, flexibility in using customer charts etc.

Mostly all business domains dashboards are in Incorta.

Efficient End-To-End Data Analytic Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive the Incorta platform is to work with and It's ability to develop dashboards , make changes and publish with minimal changes. I also like the built-in Direct Data Mapping feature which allows you the ability to model the source data, map data elements and execute analytical dashboards without the assistance of a Data Modeler, ETL Developer or Enterprise Data Warehouse. The function availabilities are endless with how you can transform the data within the properties of the pills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that the Direct Dart Mapping feature can not load source data dynamically. It would be even more efficient if the Incorta developer could modify the schema without having to import a new source data file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving complex financial data presentation problems with ease and able to make changes to the financial perspective of the data with minimal modifications within the insights by simply exchanging pills (data elements) and filters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Incorta is a great Data Analytic tool for an organization that wants to increase their return on investment by reducing the implementation time and save development cost on resources required to complete the entire development life cycle. Additional cost can also be realized with the utilization of the data visualization component.
