What do you like best about the product?
Sophos XGS Series firewalls combine the best of two worlds: the flexibility of a high-performance, multi-core CPU for deep-packet inspection, plus the performance benefits of a dedicated Xstream Flow Processor for intelligent application acceleration

Reports should have more deatils.

It was nice experience as Sophos.

I liked the fact that it has has good features.

Nothing as such to dislike just the part of email can be done properly

It helped me a lot in online traffic control and also we can scan every thing.

Customer support is not great. Youtube restrictions are great however, unable to create custom policies for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos Firewall ensures our stakeholders are in a safer environment. Its very convenient to creat policies, and web and application filter rules.
Smartest firewall in the market
What do you like best about the product?
As a cybersecurity expert I can say that the best thing about Sophos is that it can be controlled using a single console. It reduces the effort of the user as it can be easily installed or integrated. Continuous scanning of the network is an another great thing about the firewall. My firewall is continuously on for 24 X 7 and with this much of use it works fine without heating much. In YouTube videos I saw good customer support so no need to worry for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their is nothing that i can dislike. But if the cost can be reduced then it will be the best in price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it in my college campus and inorder to protect the college intranet i have to use Sophos earlier I was using fortinet firewall but it was not fulfilling my needs. Earlier my college network was getting lots of unusual traffic now after installing this firewall it is blocking all the suspicious traffic in my network.

Excellent Support, Easy to deploy and easy to configure.

Not Applicable. We don't have any issues with the firewall.

Not a lot. Perhaps relies a bit on its 'community' but that isnt unusual these days.

Gives us security of access to the 'cloud' but alos security of access across our internal networks.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ease of administration, the UI is user friendly and the central management is exceptional to carry day to day admin tasks. Sophos Firewall comes with very comprehensive features from connectivity to security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about Sophos Firewall. But if I may request for the feature I would be looking at Virtual instances. I however know it is in their roadmap.
