Microsoft 365 Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete backup solution for Microsoft 365. the best is it take backups of Mailboxes, microsoft Teams, Sharepoint site and onedrive. it is one of the fastest backup solution and same for restoration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backup repository defregmentation takes very long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep backups of Office 365 mailboxes on our premises, we can easly backup one drive data and store on the local drives.

It has been very easy to use and extremely effective.

The cost is a bit too high and it can take some getting used to

Having backups of our 365 tenant is extremely useful in case of problems.
Best backup and recovery tool for utilising flexibility of Microsoft 365
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about this particularly backup tool is that it completely eliminates the risk of losing access and data I have worked so hard to create. It also provides the ability so that i can access the data anywhere on the face of earth if i have a good connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the costing and its speed of restoration. Also it inly supports limited third party software integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we had in our organisation that we used to work completely offline and sometimes due to large numbers of files the system used to crash and all the data goes directly down the drain. But with the veeam backup reliability and replication capabilities it decreases our downtime in these cases.

Office 365 Great Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Veeam Backup for years for server and application backups. It works perfectly and effortlessly for our Office 365 and onsite Exchange servers, and being able to restore as an object in case of emergency can be a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that there is no separate solution for journal mail archive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reassuring to have a copy of our Office 365 data backed up in a designated area. We've been entrusting all our backup to Veeam for many years and it feels safe.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and configure. Backups are relatively fast and the restore options allow for different destinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometims new users are not automatically added to the backup set.

Veeam is allowing us to maintain a seperate back of the Microsoft 365 environment from Microsoft's platform.

Veeam Backup for M365 Has Saved My Butt
What do you like best about the product?
On a few occasions when I have had users delete some files I was able to easily get them back. Also when I accidently deleted my email box from Microsoft, I was able to use Veeam Backup for M365 to get all my user data back.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I haven;t liked so far is that I used to have it setup to go straight to my Synology box via SMB but that stopped woeking and I had to use iSCSI which I was unfamiler with jsut to get it working again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is alowing me to have a local backup of all my M365 data and also a fast way to restore any data that has been deleted or corrupted. It also allows me to have changed versions of files if something goes wrong with the working file.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is very easy to implement and to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Implentation was extremely easy and when we have had to get messages back for any reason it has been quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have had during my use of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is after an update. after a quick call to support my issue was quickly resolved.

Having a quickly accessible backup of our messages.
