Install, setup, and it works
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to install, set up, and get working the way we wanted it to work. Testing restores was easy to get working after a bit of trying. Would recommend it to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restore took some time to get to work the way it should. after we got past that things were just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to make the needed backups for the files and records we needed for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
backs up Emails, sharepoint, Ondrive and Teams to a local storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not support MFA.

A simple to use, easy all-in-one solution for backing up your O365 Environment
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam Backup for Microsoft O365's user interface is simple to use, easy to configure, and reliably restores content for a variety of services within the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the interface is easy to use, the GUI could be remarked as dated with how some of the functionality works. For example, having to load seperate modules for restore points and mounting these service specific backups before being able to query them can be seen as cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 provides increased visablity of how data is being backed up and stored within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. It is often much faster to use than the various control panels and powershell tools that Microsoft provides
Great Backup Software
What do you like best about the product?
It works with Microsoft Office GCC High for making backups
What do you dislike about the product?
No portal access outside of the Veeam Server - or at least that I know of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making Backups of our Office365 GCC High edition and We are able to create restores without any issues.
Veeam for O365
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the ease of being able to restore from a backup. Everything from an file on OneDrive to a sharepoint file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really found any downsides to speak of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If an account is disabled, onedrive date is only kept for 30 days so we are able to restore files after that with Veeam.
Great increased security for O365 Backups
What do you like best about the product?
It increases security for Microsoft 365 backups and you can store data based on long-term retention policies for regulatory or compliance needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Continued to show warnings for all terminated users.

Extra security on O365 backups.
Backup software for anyone!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect to Microsoft with ease.

Sometimes the UI can be slow to refresh and require a restart.

Keeping a solid backup of our O365 suite.
Very easy to use software that has everything you need to back up your Microsoft 365 environment.
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam for Microsoft 365 is very easy to setup and start backing your infastructure. There is also a lot of documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backups can be slow at first, specially if you have a lot of data. You have to add multiple user accounts to back up faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft/Office365 does not have a good built in backup system Veeam has done a great job to make this very easy to setup, set it and forget it.

It is reliable for the things that it does backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
New shared mailboxes are not automatically backed up. Veeam still needs to give the customers the ability to backup Project Online and Power Suite app data

Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 provides a reliable and simple way of backup up in the event of a disaster. It is a quick process as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can think of on the dislikes.

This helps provide our company with strategic backup of e-mail and OneDrive documents.
