Great Secure File Transfer Product
What do you like best about the product?
How easy setup of the platform is and the various integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the Cornerstone MFT platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that cornerstone addressed was secure file transfers into/out of locked-down environments. We have realized time-saving with the automation components.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check them out, won't be a waste of time.

Very Stable SFTP Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very Stable Solution once you setup task to send/receive Data.We have been using it for the past 2 years.Set it up and schedule your daily tasks and it will automate for you.

Task reporting is very basic and not user friendly.Ideally I would have liked to receive notification for any successful /failed job with html reporting page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to automate SFTP tasks of sending/receiving data from different vendors.
We do not need our System/DBA Admins to do any manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
there're lots of security options builtin

some limitation for edge server connectivty

block unwanted remote login.
Great SFTP application with many custom options.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of the application and the options available. From stand-alone to HA/FA capabilities with built-in automation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike it but the automation of events are not intuitive. I wish there was a workflow diagram so I may understand all the abilities/options I can setup on the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this product we have solved single point failures and reduced overhead from having to micro manage file transfers. This product allows us to notify stakeholders when files are received or sent, copy the files to another folder for archive as well.
It's a great application!

MFT Server is easy to configure with most secure protocols you can have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little more effort to create a better web interface for end-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can offer a web interface for end-user or SFTP transfer with any FTP client software they want to use.

Having secure FTP transfert protocol by using SFTP.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very comprehensive product. It is extremely configurable and can handle every situation we have thrown at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is dated. The application can have poor performance in certain specific areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced several Linux based SFTP servers with this Windows based software. Windows is a more comfortable environment for our Administrators. We were able to remove these standalone Linux devices and replace with a domain joined server that is easier to maintain and more familiar for our Operations Team.
Great Product, Easy to Setup and runs smooth.
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up is extremely easy and it almost never has issues. It's one of those products that are a set and forget as they run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Applying certificates can be tricky at times, renewing the existing certificates isn't possible from within the application. There is also no ability to include SAN entries during the certificate request wizard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cornerstone MFT server has helped with automating data processing from external clients that provide files via the MFT server, proper IAM and ensuring secure access. Cornerstone MFT server has provided almost no operational cost after being setup, saved a great amount of time on data entry tasks where most is now automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the AD integration features Cornerstone MFT server provides, it provides an easy method of managing users and groups. Always stay up to date with the latest version as they do implement some useful features. Setup can be done in-house, Cornerstone provides an abundant amount of documentation and guides it is very easy to deploy.

Cornerstone - The cornerstone to your people
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the software integrates with other software within the business unit. It is easy to use and the out of the box training supplied was outstanding. I also like the graphical output reports that are generated by the software are great and easy to interpret resulting in better actions to take from the supplied data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be cumbersome at times depending on how complicated the user makes the network using cornerstone. The GUI is not perfect and could be improved, maybe allow for mobile interaction through a iPad or iPhone type application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing people related data and linking systems together across teams. I realized a greater ability to get data and to use this data to improve the people within my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IT is a good system to use and I would recommend getting this for your organisation. I would recommend using a trail run of this software to see how this would integrate with current software being utilized by your organisation
