Terrible support and experience through AWS Marketplace.
We attempted to purchase DocuClipper via AWS Marketplace, but the process has been a complete failure. After 15 days, the license was still not activated, and neither DocuClipper nor AWS provided any support to resolve the issue. Additionally, canceling the subscription through AWS was impossible, leading to unnecessary frustration.
We have now lost a month of service and time trying to make this work. DocuClipper is an excellent tool, but if it cannot be supported through AWS Marketplace, it should not be offered here. This platform is not viable for purchasing the product, and I strongly recommend going directly through DocuClipper’s main platform instead.
AWS and DocuClipper need to address this issue urgently, as it is unacceptable for paying customers to be left without support or solutions.
