Doesn't work

Similar to my test of Patch Manager, this product doesn't work either. The EC2 provisioned ok, however the Apache service will not start. I have logged a support ticket with Manage Engine and apparently the certificate file is missing.
(Patch manager was the same... That has a missing config file).

Still waiting for the Cert file.
