What do you like best about the product?
The configuration it's so easy. You can customize the software as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some menus are a little complex but in the end, the solution is really intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Free is amazing, relatively cheap cost per device after that


The fact you get 25 for free, on the Pro plan is really something - I havent seen anyone else do that, and it works well.

Being able to create profiles is great as it allows us to have specific apps and shortcuts available to different people, so they dont get overwhelmed with things they dont need to use on a daily basis.

Good to be able to see all of the hardware specs easily as well, especially if we get users complain about usability for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to track devices for me is hit and miss. I think its due to the app not fully prompting to enable certain tracking features in Android. Thus at the moment I have a few devices out there somewhere, not updated in months, and no way for me to know where they are. If they implemented something like what.3.words for location, that could well really help if could based on last tracked location (for those where it is enabled).

The interface can certainly get some getting used to, and some features seem to be in less obvious places, so you end up going to and from places a lot, but you get used to it. For the free, or cheap licence, its something I dont do that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had to setup a tablet with 1 or multiple user ID'S, setup with 'mobilock' app, and add apps manually each and every time. No way of centrally controlling or distributing apps etc. This MDM helps so much.

issues with lsot and stollen devices being removed and then tricky to get abck in use when found

ite resolving the issue of updates to devices, software updates are important for accreditations

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Manage Engine Mobile Endpoint Central as an MDM solution for some time now, and I must say that it has exceeded my expectations. The platform offers an intuitive GUI that allows for quick deployment and management of mobile devices, while also providing the option to delve into a more technical breakdown when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Endpoint Central could be improved is in providing more granular control over local technician access permissions. While the platform does offer a range of access levels, having the ability to fine-tune the permissions for individual technicians would be beneficial. Additionally, clearer documentation or guidance on how these permissions are applied and managed would further enhance the user experience and ensure that organizations can maintain the desired level of control over their MDM environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central's dashboards offer amazing and quick insights into the health and status of mobile devices within the organization. Additionally, the robust and customizable reporting capabilities have enabled me to easily demonstrate the benefits of the tool to management and executives, keeping them informed of our current status more efficiently than with previous tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, user-friendly interface, easy to configure, reliably secure, automation capacities, effective device management tool. It supports Android, Windows, and iOS. It helps streamline the network endpoints. It has robust reporting features that enable customized reporting. It has an effective customer support system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little bit higher, sometimes it works slower. Working with MacOS and Linux is not simple, it cannot manage some mobiles e.g. Xiaomi and Huawei. It is cloud-based software therefore it depends on internet connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is best mobile device management with high level of security enables tracking employees, manage remote permissions on their mobiles therefore ensure full control of their Appstore. So, all devices may be managed from one central place.

Excellent MDM Tool

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool that was easy to install, configure, and deploy to all staff with company-owned devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be better optimized/streamlined, sometimes I find it laggy, while other applications(including other ManageEngine tools) housed on the same DB are much faster. I also wish there was a way to have devices able to be registered, and not linked to a specific user, i.e. shared devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing company in the IT landscape, we are constantly looking to increase internal security, this is one easy way to bring in security and compliance tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and managing all of the devices from one central place. Everything is intuitive and functions are easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it is a bit overwhelming and some training can be required, but after passing this, it is very intuitive and easy to manage.
