What do you like best about the product?
It has the best customization feature. User can customize the fields as per the business needs. In my day to day responsibilities i work with customization of modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
some times there are technical glitches with this there are some times user don't have the access to their work like campaigns but these technical glitches are very occasional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho CRM is good at "centralizing of data management". It helps me to centralize my target audience data so this helps me send the campaigns to right audience at right time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is the great capability of Zoho to effortlessly connect with other Zoho software and third-party apps. The ease of implementation and use is just great and helps me a great deal to take of my customer support business as an virtual associate. The interface is very user friendly, allowing for various customizations and this has led to an increase in frequency to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are only present in the higher versions of this tool. The basic plan I am using has a limitation on custom fields and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major business problems I am facing are keeping a track of my customers and their data, Zoho helps me a lot to solve this issue thereby increasing the business of my client.

I ,as an accountant require customization.Zoho CRM's flexibility help users to customize modules and features according to specific needs.

There is everything cool regarding Zoho crm but according to me interface has the potential to improve

What do you like best about the product?
Zoho mail is very easy to use, I can draft mail tempelates, create personalized mails, can schedule mails to be sent automatically and th most useful feature is i can integrate it with my Zoho CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such point one should dislike about Zoho Mail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The zoho mail helps me to communicate with my team and my client. Its very easy to use and i can schedule my mails to be shared on specific time automatically. The zoho mail is also integrated with my Zoho CRM.

This is really easiest way to keep record of customer journey by modifying every update after creating the lead

There is no customer live updates available where customer can also know where is process currently to improve customer engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of Zoho, it is very intuitive and very easy to use. It has a lot of features task management, people management, time tracking. Also, there are collaboration features as well. The dashboard for every single project helps me a lot to keep track of everything. The integration with other apps is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost everything about Zoho, but I think for a new user, the features and different functionalities can be too overwhelming.

This is also an adoption thing, i really don't think i dislike anything about this amazing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we work on multiple projects at a time, and different users are assigned to different projects, so this tool is very useful for as for managing the projects. The whole project implementation is divided into multiple stages, then it is divided into sub task, and it can be assigned to different users. Time tracking also helps a lot so we can effectively track the effort needed in each task and see how productive are different employees.
