Super intra net app
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, very easy to use with little or no knowlesge. Good syncing across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Read and delivery receipts can be better like WhatsApp

MangoApps builds team spirit
What do you like best about the product?
MangoApps is easy to re-brand and customize to our company needs. Users are quite active with the social media and gamification features on their phones. It helps build team spirit across our many offices nationwide, as well as allows them to easily share best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the desktop/web version features are not available on the phone, which can be confusing. Chat is not as robust as Slack. Pages and posts take slightly longer to load than other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to get co-workers to download the phone app, but once they are using it, they seem quite satisfied. It's an easy way to share our corporate culture too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please consider that some features are only available for desktop/web. Some features are lite versions of popular apps elsewhere that you may still consider and may even integrate.
Good not great. Internal implementation strategy is key.
What do you like best about the product?
There is complete overlap between all facets of the workflow. Visibility to files, tasks, online conversations, etc. is really valuable. The tasks module is really valuable for what I do, but I wish that it had a little more minimal task entry dialog, and the listing/reporting mechanisms are a bit clunky.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many possibilities -- gets to be overwhelming for a lot of users without the proper training. The workflows on a lot of modules are a bit cumbersome and not incredibly intuitive. Things aren't difficult to figure out, but in our world of smart phones where you just touch the screen when you get stuck and it does things for you, there is a lot that could be done to improve the MA interface. I appreciate that the development is open to these ideas and has been actively working to improve the product since we purchased it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using MA for project management. It is bridging the gaps in communication both internally with the design team and with outside consultants. It has also brought more clarity to where project information should be documented. Though not sufficient on its own (no product can be), for any type of collaboration it is superior method of working and communicating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Develop a clear vision of what you want your intranet to be/do before you adopt MA or any other platform. Consider the less-is-more philosophy. MA has a lot of flexibility and options which is a great feature for your domain, but most of your users want fewer menus and a simplified workflow. Getting employees to buy in and fully adopt a new tool is the most difficult hurdle. You can always roll out more options and more content after you have designed the base/default for your domain.
Great intranet platform! Fulfills needs and goes beyond!
What do you like best about the product?
The level of sophistication of the platform. It is far more robust than you would expect from a standard intranet service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are particular features like the lack of control on the font formatting in text widgets which I thing could perhaps be improved. But overall it is hard to think of things we dislike as a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it as a intranet where we can all connect on news and events as a company. Additionally, we have team spaces for our different departments which allow us to keep materials and resources organized and accessible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is like a one stop shop, you can share files within the platform, publish company news, collaborate with coworkers, and more.

The user friendly services are the best options about mango, I'd recommend to a friend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if the notifications could be adjusted for each group.

I would like better options to silence certain groups.

We start researching MangoApps while searching for a solution for our company intranet needs, and we found out that its web based platform offers way more

Its features could be better explained/organized, it offers a lot but can be a bit confusing to approach.

Ask for a 360 module demo, so you can tryout all its features

What do you like best about the product?
It is so complete and intuitive. You can basically do everything that you should need to do in today's business environent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The concern about adding new users and increasing the cost per user based on the amount of data stored. I have many low-usage users that don't really justify the monthly cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File centralization, task management and collaboration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great all-round tool for those not constrained by corporate preferences or legacy platforms. It works straight from the box. I advise a strong front-end investment in training for employees and incentives for using it over and above other platforms (such as dropbox, google drive, outlook).

We use Mango Apps as an intranet solution for the office. We are currently getting to know the system so we haven't used all of the many features yet. All the ones so far have been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside that we know of yet. It all looks a bit daunting at first but the team are really helpful and the training videos are excellent
