User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple OS platform we can install BDRSuite
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing as such. License activation during initial stage is bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BDRSuite is solving issue of users google drive backup. no need to worry about our g-suite drive data. we can restore at any time.

Ease of use and maintenance, no downside found so far.

Some tasks are a little slower than I'd like but on pace with most other similar apps.

Vembu provides a simple interface, setup and quick deployment.
Also, Vembu supports multiple OS & platforms from a single console.

Missing image backup for Linux.
Postgresql DB backup missing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vembu manages centralized backup and disaster recovery for multiple OS and virtualization platforms seamlessly. Once setup, its peace of mind. Reports and notifications are good to have complete picture of backup on regular basis.
Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I'm still new with this product. I'm using VembuBDR on Ubuntu Linux (because Linux is free and I know Linux and Windows costs $$). So far, it does everything I need.
Have had to use support twice. In both times, the issue was resolved on the first try. That rates 5*

What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is a little steep. Support is oriented toward VembuBDR on Windows. Some Windows -> Linux translation is required when reading KB articles. It would be nice if KB articles had both a Windows version and a Linux version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nightly back up of important VMs on my VMware vSphere environment. It is nice knowing that I can do either a full recovery or a file level recovery if / when I need it.

It happens to be one of the best BDR systems we have ever used.
We are running in three different countries, Tanzania, Kenya, and Ethiopia, and the results are excellent.
The speed, accuracy, and data integrity check feature are fantastic.

They take time to release major version upgrades, instead you get fresh installations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database application backup errors, they solve them very smoothly.

We have a large number of files and the total size of backups require a fast application like Vembu BDR Suite.

It would be nice to have a simpler approach to restoring.

The Vembu BDR Suite allows us to have onsite and offsite backups.
Stable product, nice services

The product is very stable, set it up and forget it. It has been running well for more than 5 years.

Sometimes the customer service is a bit slow, but the problem was fixed finally

It helps to back up all VMware ESXi VMs no matter it is licensed or non-licensed VMs
Vembu is very easy to use and does not require so much resources.

Vembu is very easy to use and does not require so much resources. It supports so many platforms and can compete with any Backup and Recovery solutions around.

You need at least 16GB RAM to test it in a lab.

Vembu BDR is solving business continuity and disaster recovery issues. And also, improving RPO.
Best Application with less settings.

Very powerfull application with such a minimal price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is the support time should be as per Indian office working hours(i.e. Morning 9.30 AM to 6.30PM IST).

Automated backup with automatic success and failure reports of jobs is helpful.
