What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration and communication are made more accessible using PDF annotation tools that enable several users to annotate and remark on the same page.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, configuring it on your computer system is a bit complex procedure.
Productivity may temporarily suffer as new users take time to become proficient with the software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have greatly benefited from using this program to solve my editing and labeling issues. We are being able to simply update PDF documents using the PDF Annotation Tool and share them with our clients.

Efficient and Streamlined PDF Annotation with User-Friendly Tools and Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I liked about this PDF annotation tool was its intuitive and user-friendly interface. It was easy to navigate and find the features I needed, and I was able to quickly highlight and underline text, add comments, and draw shapes on the PDF document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall , i dont have any issues with the tool but in some cases, the annotations may not be clear or legible, which can make the review process less effective.

I recently used a PDF annotation tool to mark up and add comments to some PDF documents, and I found the experience to be quite positive. I used this tool to annotate PDF documents for a project, and it made the process much more efficient and streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
The software includes many unique and valuable tools for accessible business and document-process workflow. Easy to integrate with other third-party softwares of sales and marketing, and and allows you to easily import data form those platforms. There are a lot of features and tools for amazing editing the PDFs and analysing the information more efficiently. Easier with this software to mark annotations, splines and labels to the pdf.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI of this software lags when we import larger-sized pdfs into this software for editing or marking some annotations.

Our organization uses this software to create the most professional-looking documents/pdfs. All my staff members are happy using this software, as this software is time-saving and makes our workflow more manageable. Managing PDFs has been more accessible with this software.

One major downside of this program is its complexity in terms of manipulation. It is not particularly user-friendly and some of my co-workers have had to take tutorials or courses to fully grasp its usage. The numerous options available can be overwhelming for new users, making it difficult for them to understand the main functions of the software without prior knowledge.

This interface offers many options, and most have been extremely beneficial for my work and managing the documents analyzed through this program. PDF annotation tool has been an excellent aid in our work area, as it can open multiple files that we need to study and understand quickly. This software was designed to innovate the way in which documents are analyzed in PDF format, which is why we enjoy using it at any time of the day.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a wide variety of features, making it one of the best in the market. There are many options available for the users to work on their pdf and get the best out of it. The best part about the tool is that we can edit PDFs easily. I went through hundreds of pdfs during my college days, and adding comments and making notes within the pdf itself was the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has many features and options available, which might make the new users want to use an alternate tool. It is difficult to grasp and understand the buttons initially and could become frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a computer science student, my notes are usually in digital mode (mainly pdf). Being able to add inline comments under the lines in the pdf helps me a lot when revising the material. Also being able to edit the pdf, make changes and correct mistakes helps save a lot of time, making the entire process very fast.

It has the best UI and experience which is totally user-friendly and easy for first-time users, with a good help section. It provides all the basic required features of a tool able to handle daily data labelling scenarios and issues.

I don't dislike anything with PDF annotation tool, It is perfect for me.

Handling data files is a tedious process, PDF annotation tool just makes it easier to do it and also does it perfectly. Some of its features come in very handy such as file conversion, annotate/comments in PDF etc.

I like because it is very cheaper tool than others available in the market. It is very easy to access play vital role in data labelling. This single tool offers all features like OCR, emotion recognition, sentiment detection, name entry recognition, Saves lots of time of our team. Helps in increase performance of our projects.

As such no issue for us. Sometimes lags but works well and gives accurate output.

Easy to perform name entity and sentiment detection, easy to do data labelling on large data. OCR works well. Saves lots of time and increase in performance of our projects.

I like the speed and very easy to use functionalities of this tool. We can make notes and letter we can use them. We can also add our signatures in pdfs and being able to add the inline text. We can edit our pdfs easily without any watermark and that is best thing about this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only manages very basic workflows so if you need something a bit more robust, that's not a great option! I sometimes wish that it was all free.I personally like a program you download on the computer instead of relying on the cloud.

It allows us to insert a place for digital signature that is legally binding in the documents.Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents.It also reduce our costs since we use way less paper than before.
