Very effective, but pricey for what it is
We use this for small scale applications for proposal generation and other items with an in-house built system. Authentication is a little difficult and the documentation / implementation is a less easy than others, but it works once it's up and running. We tried a few other solutions out there that are slightly cheaper, but did not have good results with quality of conversion from docx to pdf. This is very good at that.. There's some small font issues with certain custom fonts but it's minor and not noticeable to most people.
The flexibility to generate both docx and pdf with just a variable is big for us. It also supports Edit Restrictions staying in place after Generation.
My one big ask would be to allow for multiple calls for a lower price. Ie. Merge certain documents in / add watermarks /etc. I've had to get overly creative with what I do sometimes to avoid having a single document cost 50 cents

Has been fairly easy to set up in Microsoft Power Automate. These capabilities have massively improved our workload! Excited to see how this scales.
