UI Path ensures a user-friendly experience with a drag-and-drop interface, streamlining automation implementation while providing robust customer support and facilitating seamless integration, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is complicated to use as campare to automation anywhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I encountered issues with an older version of a package, and upon reaching out to the UI Path support team, they recommended updating the package, resulting in its proper functionality.

UiPath is great for automating business processes. It is simple to use and quick to deploy.
What do you like best about the product?
UiPath offers greatest set of functions that works with almost all types of applications that exists. It is a great tool for deployment of large scale automation throughout your enterprise. It is so simple to use that even a person with no prior experience in IT would find it easy to automate. Also deployment and management of bots are easy through orchestrator. RE framework also standardised a lot of automations. It has a large community that solves almost all issues that one can encounter even the customer support is great . I have been automating quite a lot of processes through UiPath daily. Also it integrates nicely with web, windows , mainframes, Java and SAP applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I would be nitpicking but the UI can be improved considering the toolset it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UiPath helps us in saving a lot of FTEs and a accuracy in claims processing. It has eliminated human errors and helped us achieving great consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
UiPath is the most evolved RPA tool to use. It has covered all the aspecte and touches all the area of development of the lifecycle and automation pipelines. The number of workflow, processes included provides huge scope for optimised development.
It might looks with lot of features here but its very much user friendly when it comes to implementation and use.
As it is totally evolved and thoughtful tool so the support provided is really good here and you get solution for any problem very easily. And helps to integration as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been exploring the UiPath currently, and have found that its a very interesting tool to be used for automation. To mention about the dislikes I dont have any right now but maybe I will have some suggestions in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UiPath has helped me to automate lot of business solution wokflows. I found very interesting that it is capable to automate any kind of problem statement you provide. And that is because of the scope of the features it provides.

Not too many clinical use cases. We need to be the first ones to explore this avenue. We need a space for collaboration.
