Fast implementation, easy learning, huge benefit/effort ratio
What do you like best about the product?
A full functioning Community version being available allowed us to experiment. It was our first contact with RPA, and acces and fast learning curve allowed us to fast pick some low hanging fruits.
It does not need extensive programming knowledge (in fact we did amazing things with some programming knowledge).
Its action recording tool is priceless, enabling the gathering of the simulation of interactions.
Their extensive and multi-channel knowledge transfer is a huge help.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes.
As nice to have: a stronger orientation towards process analysts by implementing the import of BPMN diagrams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced the human error with more than 80% in one process.
On another process we obtained compliance with the request of speed increase (a complex reporting done daily by a human had to be done hourly).
Reduced load on heavy loaded empolyees by partial automatisation of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, learning resources, extensibility, scalability

Add-ons working with IBM Watson probably need some improvement

Compliance and reporting issues. Limited time necessary to complete statutory reports and reduced error rate to 0%.

Most of the transactional activities which requires very minimal finance associate intervention can be automated through cognitive and intelligent approach by UI path.

As business analyst completed the diploma courses and not involved in any implementations

Transactional issues in the finance which can reduce the associate efforts manually and intelligently automated through UI path. Finance Associate can leverage the time on spending on preparing financial statements or P&L analysis.

The company cares about the businesses using or planning to use Uipath, attentively accepts feedback, responds to issues, and addresses them in their continous and consistent iterative releases to their product. Transparent communication from Uipath helps all businesses know the product roadmap and timelines of availability of desired features.
The IT departments benefit from the licensing model and can plan and maintain the servers required per use basis. The High density robot setup lets businesses leverage full capacity of powerful machines. Uipath lets businesses assign robots to tasks instead of assigning tasks to robots which is a huge benefit for scaling up or down. No email triggers are available, yet. Certain business users prefer sending an email to trigger an automation process just like they would send an email to IT heads to complete a task. However, there are workarounds.
The variables used in a process needs to be passed to invoked processes and it gets a little tedious to manage passing variables in a large automation solution.
