Ease and usefulness in identifying vulnerabilities effectively thanks to the reporting mechanism

I was just trying to find a new solution to keep the network devices up to date without any extra hassle and this seems a viable solution

What do you like best about the product?
It automates scanning and helps in finding out the vulnerabilities, also it will help to keep the website as secure one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not up to the expectation level, but the team can improve in working with customer pro-actively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yearly we have manually scaning now automated scaning.its helpfull
Best Vulnerability Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about VMDR is the Real-time threat protection module, patch management, asset discovery and dashboard with customization options. Easy integration with ticketing management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remediation module is a bit complex and needs more automation and traceability at VMDR end itself not on the defect tool. The reporting module specific to leadership shows the data and matrix are not available separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VMDR provides support for most of the OS with an agent installation option and all modules working. VMDR patching module helps to tell us about the vulnerability which can be patched or not and tells the availability of the patch too. Real-time threat protection helps to categorize the vulnerabilities which we can prioritize to remidiate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider this tool when you want more focus on RTI and patch-based Vulnerability management
Qualys is an excellent vulnerability management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Qualys is great for cloud-based management of all threats and suited for organizations of all sizes. I like how easy it is to use to scan network vulnerability endpoints, and then remedy any vulnerabilities that are detected. It offers an end-to-end security solution and is easy to automate, so you can just set it and forget it. The UI is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow when scanning endpoints, which means that results aren't instantly available. There is also somewhat of a learning curve for new users to the platform, and automatic password resets are often annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualys Cloud Platform provides vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, web application scanning and, policy compliance which allows the business all the required info to prioritize security requirements, and also run scans any time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth the investment but has some learning curve to configure it to your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Best vulnerability management tool that I have worked on. VMDR helps to prioritize your asset and help to clear out your vulnerable machine. Multiple modules are included in the VMDR module.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualys platform UI could be more attractive as it is today that's my opinion. Other than that everything is great. There are some bugs still pending but the team is also working on it

Ohh! Its solving lots of thing, it helping us out finding the vulerability in our machine amd we can also patch that also. You can prioritize your vulnerability like which is important.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualys VMDR has automatic asset monitoring capabilities and prioritization of remedial work. It also provide some amount of money on security operations as most of them are automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is much complex, specially to those who come across Qualys for first time. Also, it is a bit slow as it takes alot of time in scanning to complete the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualys VMDR solving vulnerability management to next level as it is easy to deploy and use. It is detecting and identifying our assets. It's find missing patches and misconfigurations. Also it do patch prioritization.

What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to use interface,its vulnerability assessment approach and management of those vulnabilties.more over its features like pirotization of vulnabilties for remedation.
What do you dislike about the product?
to be freank i dont dislike anything in this tool.

Easiness to use is what I hate because anyone can use it with very few experience .

Single page view is best benefit I have loved. I use it to monitor web apps

Every module and tabs are mentioned clearly. Very easy to use

Some times it goes to maintenance without informing and for organization account need every module subscription.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to path the critical vulnerability in real-time, it prioritized the important updates which need to be patched hence it saves a lot of time in allocating time and workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
THE GUI is a bit confusing sometimes it's difficult to navigate between tabs. There are some flows in integrating to Splunk and managing the patches. Sometimes scheduled scans might not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it includes a variety of applications that enhance its features; Asset management app, web application scanning, PCI compliance monitoring, etc. This helps to maintain and track the assets
