Securing the Edge; Phishing attacks
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is working remotely while still logging into all my corporate email and data. It nice knowing that i am safely browsing the web even on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike their phishing protection capabilities. Doesn't protect against SMS and seems to just alert instead of prevent. I would like to see them improve visibility into apps and man-in-the-middle attacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are up against the Microsfot Defender E5 license, which is giving out this product for free. Lots of agencies are moving to this.

All Security metrics in a single pane view
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike has one of the most powerfull endpoint protection products. Their fully managed Falcon solution is top notch when it comes to detecting and responding to security incidents on workstations and servers.
Crowdstrike also provides an in-depth assest inventory view through the Discover module which provides comprehensive view of all assets within the defined boundaries of the enterprise.

What do you dislike about the product?
Crowdstrike's CWP and CSPM modules are a bit behind the competition. This is no red flag but there are cetain features such as closing/managing/assigning an IoA alert which are missing in the current product suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdstrike helps us detect and respond to cyber threats across the physical and cloud infrastructures. Crowdstrike's managed threat response enables us to respond to incidents on near real time basis.
Great intuitive product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get installed, easy to use, great reports.

I didn't experience anything that I disliked about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted deeper analysis of all our endpoints including potential malicious software, quick alerts and other items such as the status of patching on our endpoints which Crowdstrike provided
Smart AV with real people behind the screen
What do you like best about the product?
CrowdStrike is a smart AV that we can be deployed quickly via GPO or Script. It has been able to detect and alert us quickly when ever it has detected malware. Even with suspicious programs, it will quarantine and allow us to decide the next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crowdstrike times can seem a bit overwhelming when you are trying to decipher unknown programs and trying to decide which ones to allow or block. They have a great team that you can email and they will assist you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a Robust AV solution that did not require extensive training to use. Their engineers are very eager to assist with trying to solve any issues. This is helpful when you are trying to manage all of these issues with a small team.
Modern EDR, powerful and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
The management console is simple to use. Product is also very flexible with API access possible, covering almost all features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the vendor is trying to improve this aspect, Linux support is quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It protects most of our endpoints, both servers and user workstations.
Best End-Point Protection tool
What do you like best about the product?
We are using crowd Stike endpoint Protection for the last 3 years. it is a next-generation antivirus that has many great features like ransomware protection, Device control, device inspection, etc. XDR and EDR feature makes the crowd strike to the next level. IOC management is the advanced feature that really helps in blocking malicious applications, HASH Values, domains, and IP Addresses. the dashboard is also very simple and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crowd Strike with EDR functionality is very costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowd Strike flacon endpoint protection is the agentless tool that completely protects our endpoints and provides in-depth inspection of threats.
Relatime detection of threats and protection is the key differentiator
What do you like best about the product?
Very light endpoint agent, near realtime update from cloud on threat. Effective detection and protection. Mapping of overall threat view based on MITTRE ATTACK.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to detect non complaince endpoint without agent. No support for WSL. Need additional automation functionality.

Keeping overall security surface attack reduced. Higher complaince due to light weight agent and cloud update.

CS Falcon has shown a great value to our company
What do you like best about the product?
I do not have much direct experience with CS Falcon, but I see that our infrastructure and JSOC teams find the tool very valuable. Security leadership also champions CS Falcon quite a bit. CS Falcon seems to have a high repetition within our security organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not experienced enough to have a strong opinion on what CS Falcon does not do well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CS Falcon has become an effective and lightweight endpoint solution covering multiple environments within our company. CS Falcon has also shown how reliable it is as a solution compared to our previous endpoint solution.
Crowdstrike is excellent value for the money
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike allows us to completely outsource our endpoint device security - we gain access to highly qualified cyber agents that help address any cyber related instances on our equipment. If a cyber issue occurs, they are there assisting in quickly blocking and resolving the issue. In my experience, the response time has been better than they advertise. Easy to roll out, easy to manage and work with their staff to setup and apply a playbook for issues. All in all a great solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am struggling to find something I dislike. They do an excellent job and thus far have not really found anything to dislike. Every interaction has been smooth and professional, and no major issues since we were onboarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many other products, you have to constantly train your staff on the latest cyber trends and are constantly re-configuring setups to adapt to the new realities of being on the internet. With Crowdstrike, they include fully certified experts that watch over our systems 24x7 watching and hunting for threats and providing immediate remediation if issues are found. The 24x7 response is excellent as at some point, all IT Administrators need to get some sleep, and we can sleep better knowing that our systems are always being actively monitored.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that you can rely on CrowdStrike to protect your most valued asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we don't have an Interface that can be used locally in your computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that you can feel secure with Crowdstrike protection. It has good Support, it is transparent to the user, so nothing is bothering them, reminding them that they need to update.
