What do you like best about the product?
Nastel is the leading application for performance monitoring in the industry. It allows us to have a real-time monitoring and get instant notifications when our servers goes down. It is a great and super amazing application since it's able to monitor our website performance and detect any issues in very early stages. It has an easy-to-use interface which makes it easy to access and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nastel's performance has been fantastic since implementation and we haven't recorded any issues about it so far. It works perfectly for us.

Nastel is the leading application for website performance monitoring and since we started using it, has helped us to put all our data into the cloud thus making it easy to monitor and manage. Another advantage is the ability to generate real-time analytics.

Nastel is the best tool to monitor various applications and server performance. It's well designed to monitor the performance of different APIs and aslo which front-end page is making our applications slower. It's aslo have error insights and alerts that helps you monitor the current happening in all your application.

Nastel has very decent user interface which is easy to navigate . It's has easily customizable dashboards. I like how supportive their technical team is and they are able to sort us very fast when we have an issue.

Technical support team is very supportive and they are knowledgeable about their product. Configuration was quite simple and aslo it's was easier to train users. It's have detailed reports which are easier to understand and analyze.

What do you like best about the product?
I needed a new way to monitor the performance of the environment based on our middleware. I've been looking for a solution that would allow me to see a complete overview of the entire system and in a fast, accurate and efficient way Nastel has helped me achieve it. The integration with IBM MQ is very good and the truly powerful capabilities of their data management is a huge pro for Nastel Autopilot. Through this comprehensive ecosystem monitoring, We was able to provide detailed reports to directors and the investors, seamlessly and easily with the ability to move data across the platform is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Workgroup Security Manager lacks some functionality as it is unable to run reports and does not allow for a read-only mode. Bugs took a long time to be fixed in the past. For example, we had troubles with Navigator for Chrome - it was unavailable for over a year. Also, I couldn't delegate the alert development because of its complexity.

We were looking for a solution that could integrate all our systems, monitor and manage everything from the cloud and provide real-time analytics to the company and we found this. Nastel is a system that puts all your data in the cloud, making it available to everyone and letting you monitor, manage and generate analytics from it. This is a great solution for any company that wants to make sure that its data is safe, secure, reliable, and always available.
