Amazing scalability to our security offering
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is specifically designed for service providers, many of our manual present processes are automatically done by it. Also, the platform delivers true value in determining the real prioritization of vulnerabilities, specific per each of our customers, and helps us track remediations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to receive better documentation on version releases, as they are quite frequent and we might not use new features if we are not aware of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are lowering our load in the SOC, as we are solving more real critical vulnerabilities before they are exploited. Also, we can onboard new customers with the same team size, as the service brings scalability on our proactive offering.

Great VM solution. Strong and powerful backend with excellent management level frontend
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deplyopment and effortless scanning. The results are comfortably combined into logical groups. It immediatly shows the security posture of the company in a clear way
What do you dislike about the product?
During the intial discovery process, if you forgot to add an IP or subnet you need to wait until the previous one has finished. It would be great if you wouldn't have to wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into the external and internal security posture of the company. Focus on the remediation of the real security risks by understanding which vulnerabilities affects my company more due to their spread and bussiness impact.

Immediacy. CODA provides immediate results that inform us about risk and guides remediation priorities.

There are no strong dislikes about the product. The developers were very receptive to our feedback and quickly implemented desired changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a managed services provider, we serve numerous companies with diverse risk profiles. CODA helps us improve even the worst, least-secure environments up to modern standards. The CODA software shows from a single view which companies need the most focus and then which specific problems we need to solve first. That automation and prioritization saves us time and increases our effectiveness at closing security gaps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As someone who used Tenable and Rapid7 platforms for nearly 2 decades at multiple different companies, I can state with confidence that CODA is the best way forward. We saw immediate value when implementing this solution and were quickly able to discern and then remediate the worst security gaps. I would recommend comparing this solution to Nessus and Rapid7, paying close attention to cost. You will find CODA more affordable, easier to support, easier to use, and overall a much more attractive value proposition. (That is a really tough thing to admit after 20 years of using competitor products.)
