The many different options for purchasing a license and the recent price increase for a standard license

Easy to set up AS2
What do you like best about the product?
The product gui is very easy to navigate and the tech support was responsive to any questions I had about diving deeper into the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version of the product I have does not have as many security features I would like, but the newer version allows for easy setup and control of protocols you want to turn off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ARC solution provides a fast and secure channel for orders to flow through between our vendors and our departments.

Tiles, connection flow AS2 certification process,xml mapping

LOG Search is very time consuming , hope to have more filters to search

Our development team raves about the Product. They like the connector setup and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding licensing and pricing was difficult. A nice chart breakdown would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to pull customer sales data directly into our products from their customers.
Simple B2B integration
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well with our cloud platforms and on-premises applications. The no-code and low-code solutions make this solution available to many.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be improved, making finding solutions for yourself more challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem CData Arc is solving is all of our B2B integration, allowing us to connect and provide better service to our customers and vendors.
CData Arc - Amazing product!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the breadth of features it is truly amazing! The ease to install was amazing. We got it up and running in a production environment in no time! In case we needed something the tech support was prompt and right on the spot, thank you! The AS2 server was the bread ad butter of daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just that i could not use a "search" for a file in the AS2 connector in the input/output tabs in the GUI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure EDI file transactions. We can tell our clients the we host our own AS2 server and can offer that as EDI transaction option.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fantastic product, must have if EDI is in your daily routine!
Can be summarised as "Set it and forget it"
What do you like best about the product?
CData Arc is a simple tool for Managed File Transfer using either AS2 or AS4 for data transfer here in Germany. Our customers like the ease of installation and configuration. The quick support from CData is an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have nothing to complain about, neither do our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers use CData Arc mainly for MFT/EDI via AS2 or AS4. For us as a reseller it offers us cross selling opportunities access to new markets.
Very secure data transfer
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated how secure my data was transferred.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the amount of time it took to transfer my files.

It has made me much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Don't really have much cons. Overall software geared towards a more technical user. Although they are improving there UI often to make it more user friendly, some of the more advance stuff ends up requiring custom coding or working with support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really have much cons. Overall software geared towards a more technical user. Although they are improving there UI often to make it more user friendly, some of the more advance stuff ends up requiring custom coding or working with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall: RSSBus Connect allowed us to gain more ownership of the integration between HubSpot and Dynamics 365. As our business dynamically changes we can configure settings at a more responsive rate then working months at a time with a 3rd party support like we had before. Support team did an amazing job getting our integration almost turn key. We developed and tested within a month and up and running with the short deadline we had.

What do you like best about the product?
According to my personal experiences, This proves to be easiest and fastest among its peers.One of the major factors that justifies its superiority is its Reliability over Transferred Data. I felt confident that the data shared would remain private without any discrepancies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally no dislikes. if possible , cost can be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow engine is completely flexible to suit my needs. The Versatility of RSS busconnect makes it optimizable to our requirements.

You will never regret your choice once you try it.
