Issue/Bug tracking professional tool

  • December 05, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best?
It is easy to use and simple to implement, the best part is it's comes for no charges and covers many important features which lacks in paid tools.
What do you dislike?
We always have some con in any product but nothing too specific to highlight. Input capturing can be made more detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issue raising and tracking made more efficient and easy. Testing results can be easily updated and communicated to developers and back to testers.
In terms of benefit realization, it definitely saves times in both the above mentioned cases and makes it more convenient and standard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As far as a free tool is considered, Bugzilla is very self sufficient in terms of all the attributes required in a issue tracking tool. But if budget allows to have a more powerful tool which has capacity beyond issue management then there are many other tools which one may need to evaluate.
