Best EDR we have used by far!
What do you like best about the product?
EDR that constantly updates without intervention. Scans attached drives, and computers when files are downloaded with automatically. Onboarding walks you step by step to get setup and using the portal quickly and efficiently. Support is always available. Threats are stopped automatically and restored back to normal if set to protection mode vs just detection mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
threat hunting has a lot of information to digest. If computers have small harddrives sometimes the agent is disabled because it cannot update the database file needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EDR, protecting us from users downloading or bringing malicious programs/files into our environment.

Absolutely Love SentinelOne!
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best solution out on the market!
What do you dislike about the product?
SentinelOne blocks ALOT of batch files or "automated" processes which can be a pain at times but once you know how to exclude these, it makes it so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peace of mind knowing that any malware will be stopped immediately
S1 has been amazing

How easy it is to manage end points and complete responses.

How it sometimes it flags legitimate software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a client that has in house IT tech that has in the past fallen for malicious software S1 has solved the issue.
S1 customer success is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different offerings that S1 offers. The product just works, we are able to navigate easily and find what we are looking for quickly. We implemented our S1 instance for 6,000 machines within a few weeks with very little issues. The biggest reason for us staying with S1 is our customer success team, they go out of their way often to try and find solutions or help with anything we bring to the table.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike, its a great tool and our customer success team is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ranger provides a different layer of visibility to our enviornment, we are able to see everything touching our network.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and their speedy professional customer support. I also like their auto decomission settings for nice housekeeping assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they auto updated their agents instead of me having to go in the console and update agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our Gov clients require the use of SOne so it helps us keep clients. Their speedy response team and alerts as they have integrated with a few of our other in use tools.
Sentinel One Was best Product!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's response to attacks and remediation methods against malware and also it gives overall visibility of IT Infrastructure with a beautiful user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires smaller improvements and also there are some rooms for improvement of the product has to be done and it is also quite difficult to understand for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will response to the massive attacks of malwares,worms, trojans and even Ransomwares also. It was also shows how it was responded to sophisticated attacks and also it has many autto remediation features.
Long time user of Sentinel One
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sentinel One Singularity for over 6 years and with multiple companies and roles. Using Sentinel One Singularity on our endpoints gives us confidence that our end points are secure. The granularity we have when customizing our deployment of our agents is very important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do occasionally get false positives, and we have experienced some difficulty whitelisting certain legacy applications. I think this is to be expected with any XDR product though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sentinel One Singularity secures our endpoints which are spread all over the world. We have confidence that our endpoints are secured when protected by Sentinel One Singularity.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the visibilty that the skylight and deep visibilty feature offers along with the integration sentinelone offers with other security products we utilize to ingest and strengthen our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search queries in deep vis. at times can be a bit confusing, however it seems the new update skylight has addressed this issue and has been search queries very simple to perform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The XDR platform has been great in identifying threats and remediating false positives in a few clicks. The way SentinelOne visualizes attacks makes the alerts and investigations much easier than previous products I've utilized.

The lightness of the agent and the powerful threat analysis features as the timeline of each incident

Maybe the rollback capability not covering cloud service as M365
