The experience is with this product is great!
What do you like best about the product?
_DropBox is a tool that is easy to use for our team and our clients.
_We would like to know if there is a way to correct a document when it has already been submitted by the client.

_ It would be nice to have more tutorials on how we can improve our productivity with this software.

Good product to add on to DB
What do you like best about the product?
It is surprisingly versatile, and can do more than I would have expected. It was clunky when I first used it, but it seems like they are getting better and better, which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hasn't happened for awhile, but I have had some sync-ing issues, and you have the general problems that usually come with a company that is great at doing one thing that expands into other things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting documents digitally signed, and automatically uploaded to the appropriate folder; it also integrates with my CRM software, so it adds some efficiencies there.
Reliable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox Sign regularly for client agreements. It's easy to use and reliable. I like that I can use templates to batch send out agreements when I'm doing a group program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to be able to use more templates than the limited number they currently offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of client agreemnts that I send out regularly. By using Dropbox Sign, I'm able to create templates that make it super easy to do that.

Dropbox Sign - Easy Enough
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use for sending documents for signature, once you get used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find a bit of friction when it comes to editing documents. I also find that more than other electronic signature solutions, DropBox gets caught up in spam filters.

Saves our customers from having to print and sign.
Best way to work smart
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get the signatures I need on documents I need to move through processing at work. The recent updates are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike at this time. The program works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to obtain all the signatures I need while working remotely or for others who can not see me in person to provide a wet signature.
Simple and Easy to use

The ability to include templates and having a signer order. it helps us to complete things like contracts and offer letter much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
DropBox features have been easy to use. It can be glitchy at times and show that you have documents to still be signed when there aren't any there for you to complete.

I love how easy it is to use the templates and send docs in less than 1 min to my users.
Also, the ability to get reminded on where my docs are in the signing process is great and I use it a lot on a day to day basis to manage the leads.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard stats are not always up to date. For example, often it says I have more documents pending, when in fact once I clicked on the Pending signature link, it says I have less than what the dashboard tells me.

Get NDAs out fast right after or during leads calls.
