Dropbox Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to use templates, ability to send unlimited documents, integrations with other systems we use
What do you dislike about the product?
Data fields sometimes are or not automatically added. When they're not, we have to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and confidentiality of new hire documents

Great for unlimited contracts, ok for customization
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited eSign documents, tracking, edit & resend features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks default preference settings and has some funky pdf upload issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for easy tracking of signatures. Having the ability to send unlimited contracts within our plan price is vital to our continued use of the product
Great Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and user-friendly. I use this every day for corporate work. The annual Fee is a great price! It is easy for my clients to access their documents and sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this platform. It is my favorite by far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is fast lining my contract process and easily accessible for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The very best about Dropbox is how easy it is to use on either phone or laptop. Customer that sign contracts seen not to have problems getti g things signed. I like the up date it gives of what and what has been signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think if anything I dislike. It works for what I need it to do for my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of contract that need to be signed ND I have. Record of them.
Very simple & intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The service is simple and intuitive and integrates seamlessly with my Dropbox docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doens't seem to save your sign boxes if you redo the doc so I have to redo it all again.

Ease of contract signing
Works well, but has some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get pdfs formatted well in the software. It integrates well with word and adobe. It was easy to start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to remove a page or make changes after you have sent out a contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT makes it possible to send out documents and get signatures back without having to print out hard copies.
Easy to use and very functional
What do you like best about the product?
I prefer the layout and flow of Dropbox Sign to Docusign. The process is very simple and everything flows nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Dropbox Sign. Some of my lenders will only accept Docusign so I am forced to use that sometimes

Gets loan documents signed quickly and easily and is easy for clients to use which is beneficial
Outstanding tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a user for several years an have found it to be a GREAT tool. I utilize it for many transactions. It is easy to use and very flexible. It has almost all of the features one could want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature In cannot find is a way to delete a signer from a document it they are no longer needed. It is all or nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to have documents signed with ease and with speed.

Dropbox Sign is easy to use for all team members. We are able to adjust documents and create templates with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox sign at times will log users out quickly making it frustrating when having to log back in frequently.

Makes it easy for multiple users to send documents to be signed and create templates without ADOBE
Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and esay to use for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't let you edit the docs inside of the e-signing creation. You have to go back and, edit it, then upload again in order to start the e-signature process again. Adobe has this feature but not the digital storage features like dropbox.

making it easier to get signatures.
