Dropbox Helps Me Stay Organised Across Brands and Markets

  • July 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As someone managing multiple brands and markets, what I like best about Dropbox is how easy it makes file organisation and sharing across teams. It’s super helpful for storing large creative assets, especially when working with regional teams and clients. The ability to give access, manage folders, and track updates without back-and-forth emails really saves time and keeps things seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that Dropbox sometimes gets a bit slow when syncing larger files, especially videos or heavy assets, which I often deal with for campaigns. Also, the folder permission settings can be slightly confusing when managing multiple users – it would be great to have more intuitive controls there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Helps centralise file management across multiple teams, markets, and stakeholders
2.Solves the issue of version control – everyone accesses the most updated file
3.Makes it easy to share large creative assets without relying on email or WhatsApp
4.Saves time by allowing quick access and link sharing with permission controls
5.Useful for collaboration with clients, agencies, and internal teams
6.Helps me stay organised across multiple brands and regional campaigns

Dropbox Makes File Management and Teamwork Seamless

  • July 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to share files with my team and clients. Also the way it keeps all versions of files is super helpful when we need to go back. It’s simple and saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit slow when syncing big folders. And the price could be little lower, specially for small teams like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we used to mail files around or keep them in random drives, and it was a mess. People would edit wrong versions and things got confusing. With Dropbox it’s just one link and everyone’s on the same page. Makes my work less stressful.

Teams and individuals trust our easy-to-use and secure cloud storage

  • July 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has streamlined my file management, backups, and team collaboration across devices. I love how intuitive Dropbox is — from syncing files instantly across all devices to sharing large folders with a simple link. The interface is clean, and it just works without much setup. Its version history and file recovery have saved me multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be made more competitive for individuals or smaller teams. File previews in the web client also sometimes crop up with formatting errors when dealing with massive PDFs or Office documents. Free storage should be made freer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox addresses the issue of handling and accessing files on different devices and locations. There is no longer a need for emailing files back and forth or having to carry around USB drives. Dropbox allows me to work remotely and yet access the latest files all the time. It further makes team collaboration easier by keeping all shared documents in one place and by ensuring all people access the latest versions of documents. It has significantly enhanced my workflow effectiveness and minimized data loss possibility. It gets rid of the problem of handling and accessing files on different devices and in different locations.

Simple, Secure, and Reliable Cloud Storage with Excellent Collaboration Tools

  • July 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes file storage, syncing, and sharing incredibly easy across devices. The clean interface and drag-and-drop functionality are intuitive for any user, regardless of technical skill. I especially like the smart sync feature, which lets you access files from your desktop without taking up local storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Dropbox is excellent at what it does, the free plan is limited in storage compared to some competitors. Also, if you're part of multiple Dropbox teams or accounts, switching between them isn't always seamless. Lastly, deeper integrations with some third-party productivity tools could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps us store, organize, and share large files securely with clients and teammates. It eliminates the need for email attachments and enables real-time collaboration on documents with version history and commenting. It also acts as a cloud backup, ensuring our files are safe and accessible from any device, anywhere. This improves workflow efficiency and reduces file management headaches.

Simple and Effective, But Could Offer More

  • July 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how effortless it is to store and access my files across different devices. It just works. Sharing is super easy too, and the syncing process is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free storage feels a bit limited, especially if you have a lot of files. It’s also a little pricey if you want to upgrade, especially when there are other options out there with more storage for less. Would be nice to see a bit more value for the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has truly made my life much easier. I save all of my important documents in one location and can access them from any device, whether I'm at home, at work, or traveling. It's a great relief not to have to worry about missing or not having access to stuff when I need them. What I really like is how easy it is to exchange files with others. Everything remains orderly, and I don't have to worry about misplaced files. It simply works, and I know everything will be available when I need it.

Can't imagine running my business without it

  • July 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Been using Dropbox for about 7-8 years across my business, and it's one of those tools I rarely think about - which is exactly what you want from cloud storage.

The sync speed is what keeps me here. Files update instantly across my phone, laptop, and any device I'm working on. When I'm collaborating with others, everyone sees the latest version in real time.

The version history feature has saved me multiple times. I've accidentally deleted sections of Excel files, saved them, and only realized days or even weeks later. Being able to roll back to previous versions is incredibly valuable when you're dealing with important business documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
They keep pushing additional features and services through pop-ups and notifications. I get it from a business perspective, but I just want reliable storage. The constant reminders about other tools I don't need can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud storage and file organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to use. It's been one of my favorite tools to send documents to my clients who has restrictive access to WeTransfer or Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe that you only have 2GB on free version, but it's a business, I understand this cannot be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send documents to my clients who have restrictive access to another tools like WeTransfer or has difficult access to Google Drive, since they are a Microsoft Teams users.

Dropbox is the first and only service I have payed in 22 years of research and development.

  • July 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think the seamless file sharing support that dropbox between Linux MacOS and Windows.

Since I started using dropbox I never lost a file that I was working at. That by itself is worth the yearly dropbox fee.

I also like that you can bring back files erased by mistake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the file sync can take really long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use github for software management. I guess as all the rest of the world.
git commit and push can help keeping versioning and backup of your files, however, sometimes when working locally, the seamless file saving to the cloud is a real saver.

If you by mistake erase the file, you can bring it back based on date and time.
If you are working in documents, excel sheets or something else than software development, dropbox is a very good tool to keep versioning of your file and a safe backup in the cloud.
