A very useful and adaptive product. Perfect for specialist cases.
What do you like best about the product?
My use with Fulcrum has only been good. I exclusivly use Fulcrum now as it has replaced our old method of working. Being able to adapt and create Fulcrum forms specific to the work required is exactly what our company/team needed.
Customer support is excellent and they often help with arranging updates for the product.
Having all the data stored online is perfect for collabarotive working.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create spreadsheet style forms for data collection (of arrays).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to record data efficiently as well as storing it online for collaborative working. It has also reduced the waste created from paper forms.

Fulcrum Reporting and Data Collection
What do you like best about the product?
Extracting reports from data collected by my collaborators in order to produce graphs and indicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ask my employees to extract the daily report in PDF and send it to me via PDF and the photos are all grouped together without separating the activity carried out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparation of reports for my employees via cell phone in a quick and practical way
This tool makes field data collection easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I can't imagine an easier way to capture. Required text and photos in a form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Fulcrum. We have a great administrator on our team who can easily make changes we need to make the tool run better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team captures field data for residential and commercial solar installations. When I first entered solar in 2015, there was nothing like Fulcrum at our disposal. After spending several years in telecom, I was able to see the value of Fulcrum and brought it over to solar at a company that I joined in 2021.
Fulcrum adds process and quality improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I would say the GIS integration and data organization is the best aspect of Fulcrum. As a department that was going from paper and pencil to this, it has been a tremendous process improvement and has allowed us to be so much more efficient with our time.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time. Fulcrum has been very responsive to any questions or concerns we've ever had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track septic system locations in our county and provide inspection reports to external customers. Prior to this , none of that was being done.

Everything works good for me so I would say there isn't nothing I dislike about fulcrum

Need to increase the Number of features. It should reduce the amount of JAVA or Json writing requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum is reducing the hand written forms creation, Fulcrum improves the data quality and it is easy to use as well. Due to this, it reduces the risk of damage to very important data bases as well. easy to pull the data.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to develop a form to collect data, lots of options that allow you to include different ways to collect data but also link information, location, and images. Use in mobile format that still works when you don't have a signal. Also ability to generate reports on the spot and share. Support changed my report so if data field was empty it didn't show on the report. Awesome product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format of downloaded data took some work to make it useable .

Customizable form that you can use remotely and data flows to central location for analysis.
One Place to Manage Assets
What do you like best about the product?
Fulcrum Allows me to do my Sewer inspections easily and helps me to find the assets accurately, i can drive towards the assets easily, earlier i used to track it on maps manually, by tracing them a day before the inspections, but now i can plan on the day of inspection itself, and managing the data became much more easier where i can download the inspection data into required formats, and the most i use is excel format, overall fulcrum makes my inspection easier and reduces my effort on managing and maintaining the inspection data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when i try to geo tag an asset on roadway, i used to stand a side while entering the data, and when i try to submit the location, the location mismatching than what i require and even though i enter co ordinates manually, and when i try to over write an previous inspection data, its bit tricky for me to save as new data instead of overwriting the old one with new one, i lost few assets data for the previous inspection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum allows me to find the assets much quicker than using GIS, managing data and report making became much easier, photo collection of all the previous inspections is helpful to do compare analysis in the field, data conversion to different formats is helpful to manage the data easily.
Excellent Reporting App
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to design your own company report without any external assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When update are done it breaks some previous features.
