A praticidade de criação de fichas e a facilidade para utlização em dispositivos móveis, a segurança das informações e agilidade nos processos de controle e também a economia de papel.
What do you dislike about the product?
A necessidade de estar conectado a internet para utilização de todos os recursos e a necessidade de atualização manual sempre que um novo registro é inserido no app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Foram inseridos todas as fichas de ensaios do laboratório de controle tecnológico de materiais e com isso conseguimos eliminar a utilização de 80% de papel em nosso laboratório.

Top program, that does the job
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. And wont let you continue until you have entered all the information required

It closes by itself sometimes but not bad enough to warrant a real complaint

Surveying of networks. Again the ease of use is beneficial to me
An excellent program that will help anyone stay organized.

What I like best is how user-friendly the program is. It's so easy to appreciate how well everything is put together to find what you need and get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike, are some small glitches here and there the program just like many other programs out there is not perfect. But fulcrum is always improving every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulcrum is solving problems with our data entry work every day. We receive so much information and we have to put it into our system, fulcrum allows me to stay organized.
I'm using Fulcrum for the last 4-5 years, and it's proven to be very useful and user friendly tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. It's also quite easy to customise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is slightly on the higher side. Also I think there is no option to use it offline (means when there is no Internet)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a utility, where we need to send teams to do site surveys and install / maintain devices. Fulcrum is very useful to collect field data.
Using Fulcrum to collect, manage, and communicate data is worth every penny.
What do you like best about the product?
The back-end app customization functionality is exceptionally flexible to accommodate a wide range of data capture needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report generating functionality is clunky at times, and it can be difficult to find the exact data point that needs a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting all of the needed data in a geo-referenced manner while applying critical data controls as that data go in.
Simple and handy
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and variety of features that range from information details to location. That's very helpful for research that involves different types of data such as social and territorial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't found what I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you need to find a specific location that you have previously inserted in the software, you can easily do it in the location button that, not only brings the info you need, but also alows you to connect with Google Maps to get you to the specific location you are looking for.
Customizable Inspection Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to create a brand new inspection app using the Fulcrum software. There is a ton of support documentation and their support team is very responsive. Using the apps in the field is also a great experience and works everytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have any dislikes about Fulcrum. It is that good! The software is drag and drop and is so easy to use. The only place I'd like to see an improvement is with report building. More options would be great, but is nice the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used inspection software previously. It was incredibly difficult to customize to our needs. It would require us to contact the company and get them to make changes. With this software, however, we can make an inspection app and fine-tune it. I have several different apps built out for different situations.
Finally a business software that is customizable in the field!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the software allows me to create an unlimited amount of custom apps for the HVAC service technicians.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside for us. We find the software extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble going paperless and accessing historical service reports in the field. Fulcrum solved both those issues.
Good system with many customization options

Does not require internet access to use, Fields can be customized as needed

They make scaning barcodes very easy with The app on your phone. Saves alot of time and easy to customise the format.
