What do you like best about the product?
Vic.ai has a world-leading ai platform for processing incoming invoices. Being able to save as much as up to 95% of the time you spend on processing invoices is unique and something that provides quick earnings for us as a company
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no negative experiences with the system, many releases of new functionality are made every week and if there were any, it would have been useful if we knew what is coming before it is released to be prepared for the changes that are coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get rid of a large amount of work and have got my digital employee who does the manual work for me
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are going to use Ai technology for processing incoming invoices, this is a fantastic solution for you

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Vic.ai truly cares about the customer's experience and values the input provided by the customer. They do their best to address concerns timely which is a great attribute for a software partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system works well, but we found some duplication of effort with other systems that we use. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for these entrepreneurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using AI helps with efficiency and accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Vic.ai assists with the pre-accounting and fills in the necessary fields instead of a human having to type them in.
What do you dislike about the product?
i haven't experienced any negatives with vic.ai
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving so much time instead of typing each field.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you have a client with a medium to large volume of bills, it's worth a try!

What do you like best about the product?
The reason why we chose Vic.ai is they were able to really take a very complex client that had very multidimensional requirements, locations, classes and items, which most other solution couldn't even touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vic.ai does not integrate with NetSuite currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spend less time every month on processing invoices and we don't have to spend time on fixing errors from manual entering the data. The approval process is also a great time-saving feature.
