Very informative and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Bitsight is that it not only helps us understand our security performance but also helps us understand our vendors, clients and third parties security performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, we have not used it in a pervasive manner to figure out any room for improvement. Hopefully, there will not be any data discrepancies, and it will provide us with security performance that shows the vulnerabilities with a solution-based approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BitSight Security Ratings provide details of what caused a drop in the ratings and the effective date directing us to remediate it. This has helped us to make our security performance better and our ratings to improve.
Customer service as excellent, everything was explained well all my questions were answered soundly.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy seeing how my security rates at any point in time. I like all of the detail that it provides. The best thing is the remediation strategies. They don't just tell you there is a problem. They provide information on how to resolve the problem
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen anything I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do annual security audits, but this gives us a way to measure our performance during the year.
Seems like a great tool for obtaining a quick bird-eye view of an organization's security posture.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the ease of consolidating information into easy-to-read reports is very nice. As we primarily work with clients, being able to provide them with a report, with statistics and numbers to help them understand their posture in a layman's manner is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only current complaint would be the lack of explanation regarding the behind-the-scenes/technical functioning of how BitSight actually finds these flaws/vulnerabilities. i.e. How exactly is BitSight determining this port is open, & how is BitSight determining these HTTP headers are missing etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BitSight is helping generate a quick and clear birds-eye view of any organization. This is very beneficial as it allows us to direction conversations with clients toward specific areas of improvement that they may need to address.

What do you like best about the product?
Does a best practice review of IT assets from IP, FTP, Email, Servers, Patching Cadence to Website vulnerabilities and knowledge base articles on how to remedy issues to address gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some items were in areas or labels are not as intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT Cyber Security insurance compliance with web properties and confirming we are adhering to best practices with regards to security and our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
BitSight representatives provided an excellent level of service through the onboarding process. Any questions our team had were answered clearly. The platform itself is straightforward to navigate. As far as the features of the tool, there are many capabilities for accessing security performance and risk. We are confident that BitSight Security's capabilities will be crucial to our organization's security program.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is nothing that is disliked about the tool. However, just like any new tool, we understand that BitSight Security has a learning curve to the platform. This will be easily accomplished over time, especially with the support of the BitSight team and the BitSight Academy.

BitSight Security Ratings solves the problems of addressing security concerns and risks from not only an internal perspective but also from the vendors our organization works with. The platform also helps from a vendor management risk standpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
These ratings give us ample information on not only public assets but also provide excellent remediation info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I put notes in a finding, and the notes are no longer there. I am also unable to assign findings due to the package we purchased, but I'd like to see this feature for all packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BitSight will help us keep an eye on our public-facing assets and quickly know the severity and remediation plan. All combined will allow us to be industry leaders.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate. Information is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the footprint to list each geographical location the vendor does business instead of hovering the mouse over the map.
