Centralized Project Visibility with a Clean, Easy-to-Navigate Interface

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Atlassian Atlas is that it gives a centralized view of project goals, status updates, and overall team progress. At Nexford University, it improved visibility across different initiatives by making it easier to see what teams were working on and how each project aligned with broader organizational objectives. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the status reporting features make it straightforward to stay informed without needing to sit through multiple meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike about Atlassian Atlas. That said, one area that could be improved is offering more customization options for project views and reporting. Also, new users may need a bit of time to get familiar with all the features and to understand how Atlas integrates with other Atlassian products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlassian Atlas helps address the challenge of keeping teams aligned on priorities and project progress. By offering a single place to share project updates, goals, and status reports, it reduces communication gaps and makes it easier to see how day-to-day work connects to broader organizational objectives. As a result, it improves transparency, supports collaboration, and increases overall project visibility across teams.

Atlas Clarifies Organizational Alignment as Teams Scale

    Reviewed on May 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of tools track tasks. Atlas tries to track organizational alignment:
What initiative supports what goal, Which teams are blocked by whom,
    What’s drifting
    Its upsides could be -
companies scaling beyond informal Slack coordination.
    platform/product/GTM coordination
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not sufficient "everything" , like
doesn’t replace Jira, Confluence, Slack, roadmapping tools, or docs.
That means people sometimes feel like they’re maintaining:
    tasks in Jira,
    strategy in docs,
    updates in Atlas,
    conversations in Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlas creates a centralized, continuously updated layer for:
    project status,
    ownership,
    goals,
    dependencies,
    and team health.

Great for Cross-Team Alignment, but Needs More Improvements

    Reviewed on May 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s been useful for keeping project updates, ownership, and delivery status visible across teams. It helps our delivery, leadership, and cross-functional teams stay aligned, especially when multiple groups are involved and we need everyone looking at the same information.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that still needs improvement is customization and reporting, particularly when it comes to larger, more complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us reduce gaps in communication and improve project visibility across teams. Rather than relying on multiple follow-ups or constant status meetings, teams can quickly share updates, blockers, and ownership all in one place, which keeps everyone aligned and makes it easier to see what’s moving forward.

    Centralized Documentation Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Atlassian Atlas houses all the information in one central place, making it easy to navigate and search for the information you're looking for. The initial setup was easy, and my team finds it straightforward to use when they need more information on how to complete the correct process. I don’t have any complaints about the system and switched from Monday because it was too messy to manage. I would likely recommend Atlassian Atlas, rating it a 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
permissions was a bit combersume to limit or allow full or limited access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atlassian Atlas houses all information centrally, making it easy to navigate and search. It helped transition from the messy management of Monday.

Easy Task Assignment and Progress Tracking for Teams

    Reviewed on Apr 25, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to assign tasks to the team, and you can monitor progress easily. It’s also simple to comment and get feedback. You can create different types of projects, and as many as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, configuring the board can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Atlassian Atlas, we struggled with fragmented task management and limited visibility across projects. With Atlassian Atlas, we can now structure work from high level goals down to detailed tasks in a very transparent way. This has significantly improved team alignment and ownership.
The platform’s clean and intuitive UI makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to navigate and collaborate without a steep learning curve.

One of the biggest advantages is its seamless integration with tools like Microsoft Teams and Figma. This allows our team to collaborate, communicate, and manage work within a connected ecosystem rather than switching between multiple platforms.

In terms of impact, we’ve seen improved workflow efficiency, faster task tracking, and better cross-team collaboration. Overall, it has reduced confusion, increased visibility, and helped us deliver projects more effectively.
