What do you like best about the product?
monday.com automations and integrations are extremely useful and is probably the features we use most. Implementing and integrating it business wide was a breeze. The system takes a little getting used to, but once everyone is onboard, they can't work without it and use it daily. We've rarely needed to use customer support, but on the odd occasions we were basically helped instantly, and our issue resolved within an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday.com is extremely bandwidth intensive, especially when updating statuses and using a lot of different colors. Other than that, there's not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our logistics company, we needed a solution to streamline our daily vehicle scheduling. monday.com has given us this solution and so much more. We also now use it to manage new projects, manage our Human Capital workflow, IR and Facilities to name a few.
