What do you like best about the product?
The application is straight forward, and faily simple to use. The online support is good and I have always had my issue resolved in short order. So far no complaints with support.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general I dont have any real dislikes, If could identify anything it would be cleare simpler access and configuration information for connections. I have found that from time tio time I have had to hunt around a bit. As an administrator I rarley have to fix things with Drata system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
