What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness of their customer support team. They might not always be online during hours while I am needing assistance but they ALWAYS respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Bot in the Help feature. I really wish that Bot would go away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in 1 portal to manage all SOC2 Controls/Monitoring and evidence collection - this system makes our lives much easier while trying to maintain SOC certifidation.
