Fast and Precise for Predictive Tasks, But Needs Better Data Handling

    Reviewed on Aug 26, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the speed and the precision of Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation. I asked it to build my app with just one prompt, and it solved it in about 10 minutes, whereas I was trying with programming languages for about a month. The initial setup was quite easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes when it doesn't receive the right data, it continues doing processes that are close to the topic the user asks, which I think is bad. I think it can describe the whole process briefly to the user and then ask for confirmation to proceed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation to build an app quickly with a single prompt, which was much faster than using programming languages. It also successfully predicted the PIR index for Euroleague players, showcasing its accuracy and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
When basic questions can be answered right away, do not need to wait 2-3days till somone answers “yes” or “no”. Also, if it is basic task, which can be automated - why not
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automation does not understand what is being asked and answers some random answers which does not give any clue what to do next in that situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitve tasks can be automated, to save time, do not spend on doing the same thing over and over again. Also some things can be automated so you won’t forget them to do

Automation has streamlined supplier onboarding and removed manual checks for travel partners

    Reviewed on Aug 21, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

We are using Automation Anywhere to make document automation easier for us to acquire suppliers. We work in the travel industry and we acquire suppliers to have their activities and travel tours on our website.

Automation Anywhere has eliminated the manual intervention from us by automating the entire onboarding process and the checking on the new suppliers and tour operators.

    What is most valuable?

There is no specific single feature, but it is making the automating, especially in the document processing, much easier for us.

    What needs improvement?

For smaller teams and during the onboarding, it takes a little while to figure out how to make things work. However, when the configuration and everything is settled well, we became able to make our operations much easier with the automation. It is just like a learning curve in the beginning.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using this for eight months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This has never happened. It was very stable and is still very stable, and we have no issues with stability at all.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

In terms of scalability, that is a big part of what I like about it because it is scalable in an easy way, and it goes along with our scaling as well. It is very good with scalability.

How are customer service and support?

We have not yet contacted customer support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

This is my first automation platform to use.

    How was the initial setup?

The deployment process was a bit difficult in the beginning, but after we passed it, we got a clearer picture. If we were going to do it again, it would be much easier. It was a bit difficult in the beginning, but later on, when we figured out how to make it work, it became much easier.

We did not encounter any issues with maintenance yet.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I think the pricing is pretty fair, but I can still say for smaller teams, it is a little bit heavy. However, with scaling and with a lot of work automation, it becomes fair. In the beginning, it was not very fair.

What other advice do I have?

Automation Anywhere is already integrated with many of our stack. The process of integration into our own workflows, APIs, and business applications is seamless because we never had any trouble with integrations, and it has already done a good job by not requiring or popping up any issues on our end.

We have not yet used Automation Co-pilot, previously known as ARI.

We have not yet tried upgrading Automation Anywhere to a different or upper version.

My rating for this product is eight out of ten.

    Boosts Efficiency with AI-Driven Automation

    Reviewed on Aug 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation for its ability to combine intelligent automation with AI-driven decision-making, which helps in managing complex end-to-end processes and adapting to different situations. I also appreciate that it integrates with systems to reduce repetitive work and improve process accuracy. Furthermore, the intelligent documentation processing is particularly beneficial, allowing the extraction and understanding of information from unstructured documents, which saves me time and reduces data entry errors. It's also useful for extracting and organizing information from documents like invoices, forms, and emails, thereby enhancing efficiency and workflow management. Additionally, the platform's ability to handle large volumes of information and streamline various processes, helps improve response time and standardize workflows, making business processes easier to manage and scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one area that needs improvement is the initial steps and configurations which can sometimes require technical knowledge, especially for more complex automation, debugging, and troubleshooting. The workflow could be more straightforward to identify specific errors. Sometimes the automation isn't quite aligned with a human's sense of where exactly an error is, and there's room for it to be clearer and more precise. Also, integrating with certain third-party or legacy applications might need extra configuration. Improving the user documentation and troubleshooting capabilities would make the platform easier for users new to agentic automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual work, and minimize human error. It improves workflow management, data extraction, and data entry. Its AI-powered agents help streamline processes and manage large volumes of information efficiently.

Easy Low-Code RPA + AI Agents with Time-Saving Enterprise Connectors

    Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As a .NET developer, I like how easy it is to combine RPA with AI agents in one platform. The low-code AI Agent Studio lets me build automations quickly without heavy scripting, and the built-in connectors for enterprise systems save a lot of integration time. The self-healing bots and Process Reasoning Engine also cut down on maintenance when UI or workflow changes break older bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the pricing—licensing gets expensive fast as you scale bots across teams, which is tough to justify for smaller projects. The learning curve for AI Agent Studio and LLM integrations is also steeper than expected, and documentation hasn't fully kept pace with new features. Debugging multi-agent workflows can be tricky too, since error logs aren't always descriptive enough to pinpoint what went wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of manual, repetitive workflows eating up development time—things like data entry, report generation, and routine ticket handling. By automating these with AI agents instead of hardcoded scripts, I spend less time on maintenance and more on actual feature work. It's also cut down on human error in processes that used to require manual double-checking, which saves rework time.

Streamlines Repetitive Workflows Across Apps with Consistent Automation

    Reviewed on Aug 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is the software aimed at improving processes where a series of repetitive actions is spread across various apps. I use it for automating actions in processes, orchestrating actions within different systems and minimizing manual effort in repeating business operations. As a result, process execution becomes more consistent while people have extra time to work on the processes that need human intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
One problem occurs in case a process is characterized by many exceptions or has changing business rules. In such case, it requires proper configuration and testing since an automated process needs to know how to behave if the situation deviates from the standard scenario.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main advantage of automation is improved process efficiency. It allows avoiding the necessity to perform each action in the repetitive workflow manually while orchestration of multiple actions and process automation help reduce processing time and improve consistency.

Real-Time AI Planning That Adapts and Executes Seamlessly

    Reviewed on Aug 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of APA is that it uses AI to think, plan, adapt, and execute based on changing data in real time, rather than requiring me to create and maintain rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I don’t find helpful about APA are its high cost and the complex pricing that comes with it. On top of that, there often seems to be too much pressure to force its adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
APA brings cognitive reasoning to interpreting, categorizing, and extracting meaning from messy data. It helps me move away from routine data triage, freeing up more time to focus on strategy and customer outcomes.
