What do you like best about the product?
I like that Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is streamlined to get set up and does what it says it's going to do. It solves the problem of agents not being automated, which helps streamline processes. I appreciate that it eliminates manual work, reprocessing, and tedious repeatable tasks. I find the workflow tools the most valuable and would consider them the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think onboarding could be slightly smoother.

I find it solves the problem of agents not being automated, eliminates manual work, and streamlines my processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of APA is that it uses AI to think, plan, adapt, and execute based on changing data in real time, rather than requiring me to create and maintain rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I don’t find helpful about APA are its high cost and the complex pricing that comes with it. On top of that, there often seems to be too much pressure to force its adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
APA brings cognitive reasoning to interpreting, categorizing, and extracting meaning from messy data. It helps me move away from routine data triage, freeing up more time to focus on strategy and customer outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
The Agentic Process Automation from Automation Anywhere helps automate repetitive processes which occur on a regular basis and have a predictable pattern. Using this technique, I will be able to automate the transfer of data, perform common requests, make updates and perform further actions in connected applications. Thus, there will be a decrease in the amount of manual work required and increase in consistency of the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless, there might be the necessity to configure and validate additional settings for processes which contain unique requests or frequently changing business rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main idea is time savings it provides. It means that routine activities can go through an automated process without necessity to do it manually again and again every day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation for just about anything. I appreciate that it makes it easier for me to get my point across in whatever scene I'm writing. The ability to rewrite a scene and make it better than the original is a standout feature for me. The initial setup was very simple, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I haven't had any problems so far

I find Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation makes scriptwriting easier by providing more detail and improving my scenes, especially with better rewrites.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Automation Anywhere is how it eliminates the need to babysit bots. I build a lot of automated data pipelines and normally expect a missing field or something to crash the entire workflow. AA handles those exceptions. The visual editor saves a ton of time every week because I do not have to write custom scripts to fix minor breaks. It can adapt to curveballs. I was able to stop logging in every morning to check if my reporting tasks failed.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I only have positive things to say about it. Other than getting used to the tool initially which was a pretty short learning curve it's been very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before switching to Agentic Process Automation, we did everything in Power Automate. We were wasting at least 15 hours a week just writing custom exception scripts to keep our automated data pipelines alive. Now that we use Automation Anywhere, the system actually reasons through missing context and resolves edge cases without a human in the loop. We can automatically extract unstructured document data and let the agents adapt to UI changes, which has resulted in a 3x faster processing time and 95% accuracy on our workflows. As I mentioned this has meant I can focus on other stuff and not babysit these pipelines

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is an excellent tool for handling sophisticated workflows that consist of several systems and require repeated decisions. It is helpful in automating certain routine activities, coordinating actions of different applications, and in decreasing the necessity to invest efforts to manage processes effectively. Thus, providing the means of standardizing repetitive business tasks, it gives consistent and reliable execution methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing workflows that contain different conditions and exceptions is required in order to ensure that automation works properly in all possible situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most remarkable feature is the capability to connect several steps into a single process. Instead of controlling all the activities separately, it is possible to orchestrate bigger processes with the help of intelligent automation.

Configuration of the product may be complex in case of designing agent workflows, setting access permissions and integrating the solution with business applications.

This platform helps us to perform automation of processes that were previously impossible to automate with conventional RPA solutions. It helps to connect emails, documents, data processing, approvals and application update operations into one workflow, minimizing the need for human intervention and increasing capacity.
