I like best about the Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation helps me to reduce the manual effort work of us and helps team to focus on more valuable customer facing work. As a Territory Manager, a lot of time goes into repetitive tasks such as collecting data from different systems, preparing reports, tracking opportunities and following up on routine actions. It has the potential to bring these activites together and automating intelligently, while preparing a weekly sales review, I often need to gather information from emails, CRM systems and various reports it will take hours to complete the task but with the help of this platform system can collect the required data, summarize key updates, highlights exceptions and present actionable insights automatically. This allows me to spend more time engaging with customers and supporting the sales team rather than on routine work. It helps in to underdstand contex, make decisions based on predefined rules which makes the process more efficient and less dependent on constant human monitoring. Overall i see it as a practical tool for improving productivity, accelerating decision making and helping teams work smarter.

The biggest challenge is the learning curve, setting up and managing advanced agentic automations can be complex intially and business users may need customer support or training to use the platform effectively.

Business exceptions that cannot be fullly automated. Another challenge is that whenever there are changes in SAP transactions or business workflows, the automation needs to be tested and updated again which takes time. I also feel that for business users with limited technical knowledge, troubleshooting failed automations could be simpler with more detailed error messages and easier monitoring.

Activitoes like processing invoices, matching purchase orders, preparing expense reports, updating financial records and generating monthly reports are much faster with automation. It also improves data accuracy and reduces manual errors which is very important in finance. It helps to collect information from different systems and make the process smoother,our team gets more time to focus on financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting and supporting business decisions. Overall it has improved our productivity and made our daily work more efficient.

This tool is helpful but there are a few things that could be better, setting up some automations can be time consuming and when our finance process changes, the workflows also needs to be updated. Sometimes e have to handle exceptions manually. It also takes a little time for new users to learn the platform.

User interface can take time for new users to understand, Integration with some applications may require extra effort. Initial set up and implementation can be time consuming. It can take time for the functional QA teams to learn and test all the agent behaviour.

I really like how Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation eases my job. The system is very innovative, and I appreciate the work done by the agents, which lets me orchestrate them instead of having to manually write code.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it goes into an infinite loop, and I have to review it manually. It would be nice to have one prompt to build the agent tech workflow automatically, not just configure it by myself. I would like it to go through everything, learn about it, and suggest what can be improved. I want proposals, like three options, to choose from.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I automate internal processes like iteration planning and feature building. It simplifies coding by using agents to manage tasks, allowing me to focus on orchestration. I use it at work to build autonomous network operation systems.
