RingCentral Has Its Ups and Downs

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing is worse than having the structure of a good software program and constantly having issues with it. RingCentral has had more problems lately, but overall, the video quality is fair, it is easy to use, and the platform itself has a good amount of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for increasing light, using filters, or backgrounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral is keeping our remote team together through easy messaging, sharing files, gifs, emojis, and beyond.
