An excellent sales tools for keeping organized
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product for staying organized throughout my sales process. I can create custom fields and set up automation to support it, which helps keep everything connected and effectively creates a closed loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer additions related to credits feel a bit cheap, and it comes across like a missed opportunity—more of an upsell for data that used to be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is the central software we use to organize our outbound efforts, so it’s critical for keeping track of which sequences and outbound campaigns we’re running. It also helps us understand whether those efforts are being affected or not.

All my sales data in one place, Full visibility into your pipeline and auto follow up that leads to more deal conversions.

Some features are locked behind higher tiers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with Follow-ups, email sequences, and task reminders run automatically, so you spend more time selling instead of doing admin work.
Easy-to-Configure Interface, But the Proposal Tool Feels Basic

Interface is much better than salesforce, and easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the proposal tool, i think it's basic

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage leads, track sales activities, and automate the sales process in a more organized and efficient way. It's very user-friendly, and I appreciate its excellent CRM automation capabilities along with lots of customization options. The initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel it’s a bit pricey and becomes expensive as your business scales. Some advanced customization and workflow setups have a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage leads, track sales activities, and automate my sales processes efficiently. It helps store and organize customer information and automatically tracks my sales team's outreach and efficiency.
Everything We Need, with Quick Access to Key Data
What do you like best about the product?
It has everything my company needs, and it gives managers quick access to important data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate more customization across users, custom dashboards that kind of thing.

Helps our company consolidate our data/metrics and that gives us more clarity on where we are at with our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy HubSpot Sales Hub makes it to stay organized and actually follow through. The automation is a huge time-saver, and having everything in one place means I’m not jumping between tools all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive as your needs grow. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex workflows and automations - which is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In CAS and fractional CFO work, the sales process is highly consultative and often involves multiple stakeholders. HubSpot helps organize those interactions, track conversations over time, and automate follow-ups without losing the personal touch. This results in stronger relationship management and higher conversion rates.
Streamlined CRM with Exceptional Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and offers plenty of features that make my daily work more efficient. The multiple message templates help me personalize outreach, and the sequences help me automate tasks. I also appreciate the view customization, which allows me to immediately see what's relevant to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some very small sub-features (like drop down menus) tied to general features like (closed won reason) that are locked behind upgrade walls. Which only becomes clear during setup and they're such small things it makes little sense that those specifically are behind a plan upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM functions and outreach, keeping tasks, leads, and pipeline organized. It offers multiple message templates for personalized outreach, sequences for task automation, and view customization, which enhances efficiency by making daily work more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
In HubSpot Sales Hub, everything feels organized and easy to manage. It helps me keep all my contacts, emails, and deals in one place, so I don’t need to jump between different tools. Its email tracking and automation features have been really supportive and helpful; they’ve saved me time and made follow-ups feel less like a chore. The user interface is also excellent, and it’s easy to operate and understand. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub makes the sales process feel straightforward, manageable, and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit expensive if you need the advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has resolved the issues of scattered information and manual, time-consuming sales tasks. Earlier, our customer details, deal updates, and emails were spread across spreadsheets, different tools, and inboxes, which made it harder to stay organized and keep track of progress. HubSpot Sales Hub has brought everything into one place, and now I can easily see the full picture of each deal along with every customer interaction.
Streamlined Marketing with Customizable Campaigns

I like using HubSpot Sales Hub for creating automated outreach cadence, as it helps with large-scale marketing campaigns easily. It allows me to customize marketing campaigns based on prospect segmentation.

The feature that automatically populated data fields for new prospects no longer works

Mixed feelings. Spreadsheets is better.

I like the Email plugin in HubSpot Sales Hub because there's no need to log emails manually.

I can't really use the data for anything. Still need Spreadsheets for most of the important data. Mostly useless. Setup is nightmare.
