Custom Dashboards That Are Easy to Share with the Team

Powerful, Customizable Reporting and Pipeline Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting feature. I can build a report for the metrics I'm most interested in tracking for my pipeline. For instance, my dashboard can display and track open opportunities/deals. Even modeling it to present a list of opportunities/deals that have not been communicated in a certain number of days. Or filter for deals that are past a certain number of days from their estimated close date. More filters exist where I can filter opportunities/deals by last activity date, size, contacts, and call notes.

The feature set for communications with the prospect is a full set. I can track calls, emails, linkedin, meetings, and add notes for each of those communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building reports is not the most intuitive. I believe the report building can be incredibly helpful but at first glance I got lost pretty easily. Right now I rely on another person on my team to build them instead and then I modify them as best I can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Hub is helping prevent deals / opportunities falling between the cracks. With so many different conversations ongoing the reporting helps to keep track of them at scale.

I benefit from this greatly where I'm reminded daily on the deals / opportunities that are within certain filters and require my attention.

Challenging Prospecting, But Great Campaign Tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with HubSpot Sales Hub, you can build pages pretty easily using the drag-and-drop feature. It helps in driving campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been having trouble using it effectively, actually. What doesn't work well is connecting a specific respondent person to their company.

Helping target our services more effectively.

Centralized CRM with Quick Setup, Needs Better Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how HubSpot Sales Hub is quite simple to set up, and the implementation takes just two to four weeks at max. I can probably use most custom fields and objects to simplify and customize it according to my needs. It helps with pipeline management, handling contacts, centralizing everything related to contact companies, engagement, and deals, making it easier to access each element over time. I appreciate the ease of setting it up, which, in fact, just took two to four weeks to set up and start using it across the GTM team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their UI is quite plain and tedious to make changes to. Apart from that, it supports very less GTM tool i-frames (such as ZoomInfo, Nooks, etc.) than Salesforce, which is a bummer. Also, HubSpot Sales hub doesn't have a good Google G Suite connector to pull data into G-sheets in a better way than Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a centralized CRM that helps us manage everything related to contact, companies, engagement, and deals seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I've found the most helpful features are the AI agents and assistants. They help me quickly capture related information when interfacing with customers.

The UI is very customizable and allows each user to set up and tailor it to their own workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor downside is that the level of customization takes quite a bit of tweaking before everything is set up properly and looks the way I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us properly integrate with other platforms like Jira, Slack, and our email. It’s sped up the back-and-forth of checking different platforms and tools, so we can stay on top of everything without constantly switching between systems.

Efficient Lead Tracking, with Room for Mobile Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Sales Hub for its ability to keep things simple and organized, particularly when tracking leads from our marketing campaigns, email tracking, and scheduling meetings. I love the email tracking and activity feed because I can see right inside my Gmail when someone opens an email or clicks a link. The meeting scheduler is a lifesaver and I appreciate how it connects with our marketing tools, allowing me to see exactly what content a lead downloaded before reaching out. The setup was pretty easy overall, with connecting Gmail and Calendar only taking a couple of clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app feels a bit clunky compared to desktop. Sometimes syncing takes a few seconds too long. Make the mobile app load contact activity faster - right now it lags when I'm on the go. Also syncing between my phone and desktop should be instant, not 30 seconds later. Not a 10 because the mobile app and reporting could be smoother, and syncing isn't always instant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub saves me from losing leads, helps track email engagement, and eliminates scheduling chaos. It reduces manual work and ensures effective follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple and actually helps me stay organized without feeling like extra work. I like that I can see everything in one place, keep track of conversations, and not drop the ball with follow-ups. It feels easy to use, not something I have to fight with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little clunky at times and not always intuitive. I find myself clicking around more than I should to get to what I need. Some things also feel overly complex for what should be simple tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of people, conversations, and what needs to happen next so nothing slips through. Before, things lived in different places or in my head. Now it’s all in one spot, which saves me time and helps me stay on top of follow-ups without overthinking it.
