What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage projects with multiple collaborators while still keeping track of progress and staying on top of what’s getting done.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn’t so much a flaw with Asana itself, but I get frustrated when other collaborators don’t check their tasks regularly or stay on top of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team works remotely, so this helps keep us aligned on our most important projects and makes it easier to stay on the same page.

Unable to assign multiple people to one task, unable to assign different dates (draft date, due date, live date) to specifics tasks

What do you like best about the product?
All projects in one place, portfolio option and workload view, ability to incorporate workbacks built on/in other platforms; I use the board view for morning meetings to align on priorities
What do you dislike about the product?
When I did try to upload a CVS file of my tasks built in Google Sheets/Excel, it was not posted 1:1 in terms of task name, assignee, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards of being able to see all that is happening with the department and team. It helps me keep my finger on the pulse of the organization. Well designed projects and tasks open the doors for insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Designing projects can be difficult at different points. Not from task creation that is very simplistic which can be difficult to organize and report on if a process or system is not followed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of knowing where the status of things are. It helps keep abreast on the ins and outs of the organization. As well as organizing project timelines and statuses.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate it for its ease of use and clear task organization, which helps simplify project management and strengthens team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t a whole lot to dislike about Asana. That said, if I had to point out a couple of drawbacks, they would be the learning curve, which feels a bit steep when you’re just starting out, and the fact that some important features are locked behind the premium pricing tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us manage multiple ongoing projects by bringing more structure and clarity to our workflows. It reduces the need for manual coordination, improves cross-team alignment, and helps ensure tasks don’t slip through the cracks.
