Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
Automation! It is so easy to set rules and actions to automate a lot of tasks within PhishER.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I am not fond of is the API does not allow much in terms of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is assisting with automating our reported emails whether that is PhishRIPing from users' mailboxes or ensuring our users know between a clean, spam, and threat email.

PhishER Saves you time
What do you like best about the product?
It makes the KnowBe4 PAB more actionable. Adding PhishER to your PAB deployment force multiply the effectiveness. PhishER takes a giant load off our our small team when it comes to analyzing messages and determining the legitimacy of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating queries is a little rough. Some of it requires knowing the query language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the eyes on all reported emails from end users. Our small team would not be able to keep up without it.
Powerful and intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
Using PhishML to auto trigger actions has been a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed on PhishRip need to be worked on however learning that a new product offering "Protect/Defend" that will live inline to provide enhanced security near realtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time it takes to respond to known detected threats.

Great product to automatically quarantine potentially malicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it long enough to give a fair assessment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Outlook. Currently, we are still in the learning phase.
Very powerful tool, turns your employees into cyber security threat hunters.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter reported emails and create rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comments being one directional. I wish I could have a conversation with the reporter and ask them for example "did you click?".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 0.1 percent of phishing that is able to get through, with properly trained end-users it's honestly the ultimate weapon of defense.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives a confidence score for each email. I'm excited to hear that now we will receive a reason for that rating!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the scores are neutral which makes it tough to disposition correctly but the other scans help with that (like Virus total).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps us streamline the process of reviewing and dispositioning emails that the users suspect is phishing.
Keep An Eye on User Reports
What do you like best about the product?
If you have users reporting via the PAB it is nice to see who is reporting properly or who is reporting to report. Plus it helps put an eye on what kinds of threats are making it through our filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always intuitive to setup. We ended up having to call our success manager to get a proper setup and even then we have some extraneous data

Incident reporting and collecting how many emails are spam or threats that are lingering

Helps to keep our environment safe without a lot of extra time on admin's part.

Reviews phishing emails without human intervention for the most part. Saves time and keeps our environment safe.
Helpful to eliminate risks once reported
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to take a reported instance and apply that info to future emails.

Need more training on all features of this and how to use them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying which ones to whitelist, blacklist emails. Being able to see the actual threats and remove from sending to others.
