Automazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Bait and Catch!!! It like fishing in a bucket! One of the easiest ways to find the hole in the net(work) of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to resolve them manually if anything.

Very Easy Program to Work With
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is so easy to use. I work with it on a daily basis and really enjoy that it helps me in diagnosing whether an email is a phish or whether it might be safe. I enjoy the little categories on the side where it mentions how much of a threat, spam, or if it's clean. I also enjoy that it provides each step in the path and where it detected the threat at. It also really does the integration with Microsoft well as well as Fresh Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think there is much that I dislike, I think that it helps the security analyst out by the different areas it uses to diagnose the email and determine whether it is phishing or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps resolve the issue of our users clicking on threats and/or spam. It's also benefiting us since we use this for our security training and setting this up for the year.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to remove email threats as the employees report them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to set-up and train new admins how to use the product. I spend a lot of time manually checking emails that employees report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to keep our users from clicking on emails that they don't understand is a threat.

What do you like best about the product?
Once an email is marked as suspicious, PhishER uses PhishRIP to remove the suspect email from users' mailboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation of actions regarding suspicious emails.

Keeping suspicious emails out of users' mailboxes

What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator this has been a great tool for our company to monitor our employees "clicking" mistakes
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently have our program set up to show that the emails are specifically from KnowBe4 - needs to make it more discreet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is showing which of our employees are clicking on the links in emails, to our surprise sometimes more than we would think.
Great Product

It is a great training tool. Easy to use and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the phishing examples are to easy.

It is assisting us in finding the missing holes and weak links in our internal training.
PhishER is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review emails in a safe enviroment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a easy way for users to report to PhishER on there cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER allows me to look at the full email, attachments, and links. It automates the process so there is less of a lift on the IT department.

Ease of implementation and ease of use .
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have anything to say that I dislike about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often get sent Phishing attempts and being that most of our end users are not that computer savvy we always have to be on alert. This helps is in training the end users and to allow them to be more conscious about perspective attacks.
Email management that's easy
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it a lot easier to handle reported phishes in terms of blocking email addresses and pulling bad emails with Phish RIP
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had deeper integration into M365 systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to manage all the reported emails every day and action on them in a way that makes sense. This gives us automation capabilities and good one-click responses

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of us. It’s top notch. Support is also super helpful.

I wish there was a sandbox to detonate within.

It is helping to investigate any potential phishing attempts within our organization.
