Great product that require more work
What do you like best about the product?
Saves so much time for single cyber security employee.

Small stuff to make it more automated. Would like to give you more when in office

Really Helps
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to use employee feedback and block phishing attempts before they become a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to setup initially and to get things just right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows employees to submit suspicious emails and for us to monitor them in a secure environment. The PAB makes it simple for users to submit. We have seen a valuable increase in both submissions and just awareness by our users.
PER is great

I like the automation. Inbox for all my reported emails

There could be more for on prem exchange users

Great defensive solution for reported phishing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to update block lists and process reported phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cumbersome management console and does not allow phishRip on unreported email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reported phished emails are quickly removed from organization email with phishRip. PhishER also provides reported phish analysis. The proactive advantage of dynamically updating block lists is very helpful in protecting our staff.
Set it and forget it (kinda)
What do you like best about the product?
Having a small IT team, PhishER has saved a TON of time automatically screening our reported emails. Having the ability to set rules and automations, it allows us to focus on the day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I dislike about phishER
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my team to focus on the larger picture rather than phishing. We don't have a dedicated security team.
Phishing and training
What do you like best about the product?
End user support. When getting feedback from users, they enjoy the interface
What do you dislike about the product?
When not syncing with AD, the auto updating of end users is difficult

Automatic training for those that fail the phish and the expansive library for providing additional training
Great bang for your buck

Location is great and beautiful, very informative

Would like early check in’s for registration. Maybe do a early registration the night before conference

Automating the phishing and reporting process and utilizing AI for more accurate and timely implementation
Our company has been using KnowBe4 for a long time now.
What do you like best about the product?
Have the ability to sort and organize our email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will repeat/convert the exact same email - multiple times. Creating duplicates and redundancy.

Organization is the key to finding the answers quickly.

Having to purchase Phisher+ to unlock additional functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User engagement.
After using the system for a year it works most of the time but has false positives.
What do you like best about the product?
It automates our analysis of phish alerted emails and frees up the helpdesk to focus on more important tasks. It's great for quickly responding to the user especially if they reported spam or a clean email. Not so much for threats though. There are false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The false positives on threat emails and how it quickly purges or "phish rips" them from everyone's email is both a blessing and a curse. If it gets it right it's great. In our experience about 20% of the time it misclassifies a safe email as a threat and then purges it from the whole company. Then the helpdesk has to go in and undo everything. It's a lot of extra work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the analysis of phish alerted emails and does a great job identifying spam, and clean emails. It does okay identifying threats. It's a little too aggressive at times marking emails as threats that are not. It is very very difficult to white list safe senders. It is complicated to setup the response rules to email the user and then notify the helpdesk.
