What do you like best about the product?
Gives agents like us rapidly access to thorough client data, allowing them to deliver effective and individualized help. A better overall consumer experience results from this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be less flexible and customizable than desired. It may be difficult for organizations with particular business processes or requirements to modify the CTI system to meet their requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that CTI functions well with Amazon Connect and other platforms, such as ticketing, CRM, and analytics systems, can be challenging. Compatibility issues can arise during the installation or update of these systems. These really helps us a lot especially on the daily basis.

There is no proper documentation about what are the settings to be done in ServiceNow and how it interacts with Amazon Connect. And what configuration is required in Amazon Connect. I have searched a lot. I didnt get any useful steps.
